It has been a pleasure getting to know Romy and Sophie in setting up our service. They have been so easy to work with and I would strongly recommend them if you are looking for a company to handle your waste removal. They are ethical and honest.

Our skin care company wanted to learn more about recycling programs and options to introduce environmentally friendly bottles in the manufacturing of our products. We had a great meeting with Waste Control Services where we went over different options of recyclable materials that are available in the market for packaging our products. This company is a great company to work with, not only do they pick up our garbage/recycling but they take the time to educate their customers and answer any questions.

This is nothing to do with their business but I happened to witness a kind male driver of this company truck on Canada way and Smith ave in Burnaby this morning. He was reversing a bit to give a way to a pedestrian with a walker but an inconsiderate driver behind him was honking at him. His driving certainly represents the good company reputation.

Drivers have very bad road rage. I was driving in front of truck number 555 on highway 1. She didn’t have her hands on the steering wheel as she was filming me with her cell phone, showing me the finger and talking on her radio. Hopefully management handles the situation appropriately as this is very unsafe and distracted driving practice. I did speak with the general manager so I am hopeful that there will be more driving safety training. This woman should not be behind the wheel of a dump truck.

Well I was going to write a bad review , well actually I did however the manager emailed and made everything good ! Its good to see that good honest business prevails over everything else. Really glad to see this company take that position.

This waste management company is anything but rubbish.From the initial meeting with Sophie, I have felt very comfortable with my choice to use Waste Control Services Inc as our garbage and recycling providers.I had been over charged and under served by their competitors for years; the switch to WCS was smooth, easy and their dedication to their clients is exceptional.I will continue to only use WCS Inc for all my waste management needs.

I had great interactions with Marnie while trying to solve a very complicated service issue. I won't go into details but I will say that even though it wasn't her department, she assured me she would solve my problem. She was as good as her word.Thanks, Marnie!

While driving behind one of their red trucks, the truck suddenly slammed on his brakes. I almost ran into the truck as it stopped so suddenly. I honked my horn at the driver. The recycling man got out of the vehicle and started yelling at me. I explained why I honked my horn as there was no indication that the vehicle was going to stop. He continued to yell at me. I put on my signal that I was going to go around the vehicle. While I was next to the vehicle, their truck suddenly sped up. They were not going to let me pass them. I had to speed up in order to pass their vehicle. I honked my horn at them again , and they just about caused another accident. The recycle man got out of the vehicle again and started yelling at me and calling me a crazy lady.Perhaps the driver of the vehicle can take some driving lessons on how to use a signal and to check to ensure other vehicles have passed safely? Perhaps the recycle man can take a customer service training course in order to control his temper as he is an employee and representative of the company.
