Great staff!I have used the Printing shop multiple times to create programs, brochures, etc. The staff there are professional and courteous. I have never been disappointed with my print requests.I like the convenience of having a choice of FedEx and Purolator delivery services right in the store!

Besides the large selection of office e chairs, this particular store's selection is poor. With as much shelving as they have, they do not have much variety or offer competitive prices. I got a liquid armor screen protector installed and it functions poorly with my phone screen having many small scratches. I'm not sure if the company or this particular franchise is suffering the negativity that a lot of brick-and-mortar stores have experienced with the rise of E-commerce. Please offer better customer service at the door, more sale items, and a variety of brands. Your projected dust cleaner for electronics was almost 30 dollars for one unit and you only had one brand to offer.

Ordered online for prints etc. Quick turnaround. Just don't like the quality of paper used for the pictures. Pretty plain and not Kodak paper. Pictures were dull and even after cropping.The mug I ordered was 5 star with 2 pictures as it was done off site

Some staff are helpful but others including management have negative attitude. I asked for a return today and got it but had two Staples staff members arguing with me and belittling me the whole time. I wish I'd shopped online.

Decent selection but staff are rude and not too concerned about the customer having a positive experience in the store. They remind me why people should just shop online and forgo the put out" rude staff experience who really don't want to be there."

The lady in the print shop - Adrian disappointed me today when I went to pickup a print job at this location. I placed an order 9pm the last night for my kid’s school project and when I go to pickup at 5.45pm, its still not ready and when I requested to process it right away, she denied straight. Its not the 1st time I ordered at this location and never ever I have been said no when I came for pickup (even though job completion mail wasn’t received). Unfortunately you get a 1 star for this ! Hope this improves in future !

Really handy being able to print documents here. The cheap Printers available suck these days, and only last a year or two before theys top feeding paper. I barely used my canon pixma ts3420 or whatever it is and got replacement ink hoping that was the only problem.

I always go to this store for my tech needs and have had great service from Sachi and his team every time. Last week I needed an adjustment to my settings that I couldn't do on my own and Jimmy cheerfully figured it out and made sure that I understood how to do it in future. Thank you so much Jimmy!

The staff is great! Super helpful and very very nice. Customer service is fantastic. They would try to accommodate quick printing as much as they can. Love it.
