This review is because Danielle E. I’m cosmetics is so wonderful! She is knowledgeable, takes the time to explain and make recommendations without pressure. She’s made me feel taken care of every time I visit that section of the store. I highly recommend going to her if you have any questions.

We paid at the customer service counter and the computer had the same name with different price for two different items on the screen. So the cashier called someone to check the price for us. She deducted the wrong amount but it was not shown underneath the original item. Rather, the deducted amount appeared at the end of the list of items. How could they have the same name for different items with different prices in the system? Wouldn't it make more sense to position the deducted amount in the system directly below the original item? The whole process was confusing and it inconvenienced customers.

Recent upgrades to this store including reorganizing the snack isles and new self serve checkout lanes. Decent sized make up and higher end skincare selection. Lots of vegan/gluten free snacks available here. Prices used to be better… but still a good place to pick up a quick drink and snack while shopping on Robson street

I happen to visit the store previous week while in downtown, was impressive for it was pretty clean. Lots of merchandise & variety. Overall good experience except it made me felt to comment on a senior staff's public treatment with colleagues. Not sure if its one time or a culture. Hope to expect better for the business and for the brand.

Had a bunch of grest candy selections at great deals.

Main issue at this location is that discounted items are not entered into the system, so when using their absolutely horrible self-checkout the sale price doesn't appear. This has happened the last 5/7 times I've been to this location and I've had to then go through a very lengthy process by which everyone seems clueless, which means going to customer service then holding the entire line up for up to 10 mins while 2-3 staff members try and rectify the issue. Never a smile or apology either. Just wished to also add the London Drugs must have purchased the absolute cheapest self check-out system there is, it's painfully slow, tells you you have 'unexpected items in bagging area' when you clearly do not, leaves you feeling frustrated and annoyed. Gonna pass on this place from now on.

Micheal from the Photolab gave excellent customer service, exceeding my expectations. I needed the colour adjusted on a photo and he kindly included me in the process making sure I was happy with the end result. Would not be surprised if he was promoted to Manager - he would be perfect!

I always go there for printing services. Today, I had an issue with one of the staff who was super rude. I believe his name is Ali or something.I print out an amazon return label from at another LD location, and because it was full page barcode, ups staff told me that I need to print again smaller. So, I explained him what I need and immediately he said “it’s because your picture is too big” and I told him there is an option to click to print it on a half page (smaller) and he said they can not do that. I told him that they did it many times at the same location, because it’s not a modification, just a simple click. Then he asked me to send it to their email and wait minimum 10 min. I told him that receiving my email shouldn’t take that long, it took only a few seconds at the other LD location. Well, he was so negative since the beginning and not willing to help at all… So, I didn’t insist, just waited. When went there, he printed it out on a half page. And I said “So, it was doable, right?” And he said “what’s the matter?” very angry and rude.. Then his manager came, and she also said they can not do it next time again, with very rude attitude… I said they have been doing it almost every time I go there, even, they usually ask me if I want it on a half page or full page.. She said that’s not possible(like I’m lying)I was very surprised how customer service representatives can be so rude and lazy -from manager to staff- very unprofessional, and not willing to help. Instead, they are just trying to make you feel bad about requesting even a simple thing. I felt like a teenager and she was telling me off or something. Clearly he doesn’t like his job, and she is something else, not sure what is her problem.But I know I will never go there again!
