Both myself and my friend Sue have received fast and expert service in replacing a cell phone safety face shield to replace a broken one. The price is reasonable and the task was completed very quickly and we were out the door again in minutes! I would go again, and I recommend this place for fast service.

While waiting for new phones from eastlink we went to cellmix for a pink phone case for my girlfriends iphone13. Tell him what we are looking for and he showed us options. She picked one out and away we go, get home she says case doesn’t fit properly. Back I go to cellmix this time with the new phone. I show him the issue and he tells me it’s because it’s for an iPhone 12, they don’t have stock for 13 yet, witch he didn’t say when buying a case. I ask for my money back and he says everything there is final sale no returns sorry. First and last time at this store. Will gladly pay higher price at cellphone companies next time.

I went into this store yesterday to have a battery put in an iPhone 8. After the battery was replaced there was very little volume available on the phone. I took it back to the store and the person there told me he did not do anything wrong!! After much discussion I had him put the old battery back in. I took the phone to a different repair store this morning. They told me he had completely compromised the phone and it could not be repaired. As a result I had to go to Bell and purchase a new phone this morning. My advise - DO NOT ENTER THIS STORE - IT IS A COMPLETE WRITE OFF.

Purchased a defective item, attempted to return it, does not matter if defective out of the package, you cannot exchange. You are taking a risk with every purchase that you are throwing away your money, you maybe lucky, I was not. Never using them again for sure. Also 3 of the positive reviews on here are from the store employees and or owners.

Awful went to get my phone screen replaced now it’s worst then before I have to hit and squeeze my screen for it to work
