They tell you that it will take 2-3 business days to order lights in .... going on almost three weeks in which my phone calls and emails are not returned. Definitely the worst experience as the renovation project is contingent on a product that was supposed to be in.

Terrible Customer Service, I ordered lights, was told they would be in in two weeks. I called in the third week, they said they will look into and get back to me. Two days later I decided to source lights elsewhere, paid less which made me happy. Job completed, they still haven't got back to me.
