ICIT is doing hell of a good job in training people with the right skills needed by employers.Our company hired 2 of their students in the last 15 months and both of them are performing exceptionally well. We appreciate the review by AV. First of all we encourage our students to talk to us about any issues and we try to resolve them. Concealing his name in this review shows that he must be someone working for our jealous competetors who could not match our results trying to deviate students from coming to us. Or he could be one of those unsatisfied student of ours who by paying the fees think that resume and job placement is guaranteed. This does not happen at ICIT. We have requirements that students have to meet before we could help. Plus we never guarantee jobs nor promise jobs when you join our practical training, not even a degree from Havard can. We guarantee interview calls because the skills and experience we provide you give you confidence to speak in interview and to work comfortably. Its so difficult to place one student in a multinational where 400 plus candidates are applying and we have placed more than 600 now in all major companies not just few as claimed by AV. Our last few batches have 100% results and we count only those in results who fulfill all our requirements.AV is right we are not formal institute we work like a family. If we were formal we would not recognize you after training is done. We would not care for your jobs and success at jobs and re placements after your contract is done or you loose the job or want to go to next level after few years in job all free of charge. No other organization provides those services free of charge and in such a small fees for training. If we were formal we would not be helping students in work related issues sitting late hours in the office. Our student success is our success.There will always be someone who will be negative. We promote positives and are always positive. If AV is really our student I strongly advice him to come and see me and we will take care of all issues. Even Harvard has some negative views. we feel satisfied that we have changed the lives of many who were in desperate situation and we have trained many free of charge who could not afford. I am studying at ICIT since last two months. I wish I had known about ICIT a year back while I was struggling to find a track for my accounting career in Canada as a new immigrant . The kind of practical training and information the tutors provide is very helpful and gives me a lot of confidence while I try to build my career here in Canada . .It has become like a family now and we have a very informal way of learning rather than so called professional ,sophisticated classes in other institutes who charge money just for the showoff of the facilities . my spouse was a student of ICIT as a new immigrant, we both respect the practical training they give, but follows after that is a disaster. they promise to do resume review and prepare one as per the standards set out here, most important part here it is you have to wait for two to three months to get the Resume prepared. they will not be able to give this to the candidates simultaneously at the same, time, because in every student's Resume, they put the experience profile as one same company for eg. yours and other person trained at ICIT will be shown working XYZ position with ABC company, Canada, and if your interviewing employer wants to do a reference check they have one or two people stationed out there who will confirm this employment, so that you get a job, this is how they guarantee interview calls.My spouse when he got his Resume prepared after 4 months from the training completed, argued with them not to use such reputed companies name in his Resume, they guaranteed to support and go ahead, after so much reluctance, and continuous assurance, my spouse went and attended interview with a leading accounting finance company, they as usual asked for reference, guess what my spouse was not even informed as to whose name he has to take, one of the course coordinator mentioned to use his name as a reference, next day the recruiting company informed that there is no such person exist in that company, and the candidacy cannot be forwarded, imagine despite doing such a practical interview with the recruiting agency, scoring all good marks, ICIT canada screwed up with my spouse's credibility big time, which is the most important aspect before any qualification or skill. When it was brought to the notice, very cool way they informed that this particular recruiting agency has blacklisted ICIT so my spouse should not have applied there, I pity those loblaws and the so called best employers who trust the credentials of ICIT Canada and hire them based on Fake references set up by them who second a candidate's experience without even knowing them for the few bucks paid by ICIT to them.Should we blame the illogical excuse Canadian experience or education demand in the market or should be blame the so called institutes ICIT Canada, and on top of it, none of their training has a written certificate.

ICIT team is amazing. They have helped me in boosting my confidence level by providing the training in such an easy way which truly changed my life. Scam don’t ever fall into their trap. Unprofessional and least helpful . Better to do some online courses rather than going after these people as they have no work ethics and zero percent dedication towards what they are doing. Expert in making false promise by presenting their few success stories. My personal experience was horrible with these guys i will never ever refer anyone to such unprofessional people. If you value your money please do not believe their stories. Out of hundreds of people they may be successful in getting a handful of them placed which is also only based on your own capability so rather going to them it is best to go for online courses and apply for job.Your prompt reply to bad review is of no use rather if you would work on maintaining a little bit sincerity in replying your students after course is done and waiting for resume prep or launch will be more helpful. As your callous attitude towards the needy people when they have put faith in you to get into market is unbelievable. Providing free training and free resume prep is all just hype as those who paid thousands of dollar are still waiting without result. Those who paid money got no help then better do not talk about your free services. Ridiculous!
