DisappointedFirst off, let me start by saying that we really wanted to like this company. We read through the reviews and were really excited to use them, but we were very unhappy with the service received.1) The team showed up without vaccumes. Not sure how they expected to clean a house without an essential tool like a vaccume2) One of the cleaners suggested leaving on the shoes that they wore to our house during the clean?? Even if we weren't in a pandemic, I'd assume a cleaning company would know better than to ask to leave their dirty shoes on to walk around our home with. We also asked for a deep clean, so how on earth can you deep clean while spreading germs in my home with your shoes on? They could have either brought indoor shoes or a cover for their shoes.3) After the clean, there were several areas that still weren't dusted or cleaned, including the ENTIRE upstairs bathtub and shower area - one of the main areas in a home and that we asked for help with getting cleaned4) Upon arrival, the reception wasn't very warm. It appeared as though one of the workers were irritated with the other, which was a bit off putting to have that tension in our home.5) We were left with a clogged sink and other areas that weren't cleaned(see pictures). Instead of writing a review, we decided to take the route of speaking to management directly, in hopes that they would take corrective action for their workers. Afterall, the other reviews were great, so it must have been a one-off thing. The manager we spoke with was very defensive and unapologetic. We also couldn't get a hold of them to work through a resolution.All in all, we weren't happy with the clean or the customer service and would not recommend this company to anyone.(First picture is under one of the beds, second is the clogged sink)

They came a little late but did a wonderful job cleaning my apartment! They were really nice too!

If you want a great cleaning service whose staff is friendly, reliable, and very professional, this is it! Such a pleasure to arrive to a spotless home time and time again!
