Baird Water provides great service. Rod recommended a water softener appropriate to our needs, and answered all my questions about upflow vs downflow, regeneration, salts, etc. – as this is my first home and softener! For the installation, the softener drains to my sewer drain through a P-trap that was added. Rod also added support to my water supply line (it previously did not have any support) and ran 3/4 up to my water heater (it previously stepped down to 1/2" right after the water meter). Rod Baird installed an air aspirated iron filtration system for us and we couldn't be happier! We had smelly, iron-heavy water and since the filter was installed, zero smell and no more iron stains in the tub! Rod is super knowledgable and professional, and his prices are competitive. He arrived on time for the free estimate, completed a test of our water, and took the time to explain our options. We immediately knew Baird Water Conditioning was the right company for us and Rod was back within a few days to complete the installation. 100% satisfied and will call Rod Baird for all our future water treatment needs.
