STATION1 CAR CARE

I have been bringing my car here for 2 years, always exceptional service and great prices. Very fair. Good communication. As a woman, bringing your car to any garage usually feels like a gamble, but not here, they're great.

Took my vehicle to Station 1 after the dealership said that one of the purge valves needed to be replaced. After the part was ordered and received (which took about a week and a half), we took our vehicle back to have the part installed. The next day after getting it back, the engine light came on again so we called and were told to bring it back. The mechanic was not able to figure out what the reason was and said everything looked fine. We took it to another shop and within an hour they called and said that one of the purge valves was stuck open and needed to be changed. It turns out that Station 1 changed the wrong valve which was perfectly fine and failed to realize that there was a second valve that needed to be replaced. I called them to find out what could be done to remedy the situation and was told that no compensation would probably be received, but the owner would notified when he got to the shop and we would receive a call back. It's been weeks now and we still haven't heard anything from them. It cost over $500 to change the wrong part along with a lot of wasted time. We had a very poor experience with Station 1 and they took no accountability for what happened and didn't offer any type of compensation for their negligence.

I am thoroughly impressed with the service and competitive pricing from Station 1. I brought my Subaru WRX in for a relatively tricky job and Peter was able to complete it in literally no time. I'm picky when it comes to having people work on my car, but I will definitely be coming back here going forward. Great service, friendly staff and very competitive prices. Highly recommend!

I went with both our vehicles to station 1, they are the best i have been to yet. The boys got both of our cars in right away, and went over and beyond to make sure the job was done for 9 am that same morning so i could have kids to school in reasonable time and better yet the pricing is great. They are certainly my go to. Trust worthy and honest.

Very friendly and professional service with great prices. I took in my BMW and a few hours later it came out shining looking brand new.I came back later to get my winter tires attached here which was also a quick and easy service

Life savers! We had a flat tire while on our way to visit family in the area. I called and explained our situation and they immediately said to come in. They fixed our tire, replaced the spare tire (no small task in a Ford van) and checked to make sure the repair held up. And the charge was very reasonable. Extremely friendly helpful people. If I lived here, I’d definitely come back for auto maintenance work.

I was here last May 2020 for a tire change and balancing, the tires were not properly balanced, i needed to bring the car back for them to fix it. My steering wheel was shaking at 80/kph on the hway and its not safe, when i went back to their shop the tires are very unbalanced but that time they were able to fix it, problem solved. And then today, i brought my car for tire change with everything fine including the lug nuts. One of the guys came out to the waiting area and said that 3 nuts are crushed, the owner said that it was crushed when i get here which is a big lie. I said everything was fine before i went to their shop, i went to the back to see what they are doing, and saw 1 guy hammering the nuts. I showed Makin, the owner, the tool his worker used to break it and said to his worker next time that happens

Refused to put on the correct lug nuts after I insisted they went with the rims that were being put on. Jokingly held my lug nut key ransom until I left a 5 star review. What a goof. Lug nut fell off a few months later.

They told me it would be 80 dollars for the tires change and during the car pick up they demanded 138. Be cautious about the price they quote. Done on 12 May 2023
