Very happy with the service. Helga was polite, professional and the service was quick. I got in on short notice and my vehicle was ready in a couple hours. The even went above and beyond to vacuume my entire truck even though the back was the only issue. Will be using this place again for any glass needs!

Friendliest staff ever. Also very accomodating and offered to wait till I got off work if necessary. When I picked up my vehicle they also offered me a complimentary t-shirt or hat!! Great staff and job well done. Totally recommend them.

The window in Matrix was being spastic. Couldn't roll it up or down. Crystal glass ordered in the part then discovered that they could fix the problem without using the part - saving me about $50. And .. they even vacuumed out my car! Excellent service, Sue was awesome. Thank you guys!

Had my windshield replaced here and the staff were nice and the job was done well but there is no shuttle offered i asked and they said due to covd they were not offering shutting and there were no cab vouchers offered either not a big deal but an inconvenience just the same.. So i got a cab The cab driver said most other places give you a cab voucher so if your on a tight budget you might want to shop around or if you don't mind to sit there for 2 hrs bring a coffee and a book cause i didn't see any complimentary coffee or books either prob due to covid just an honest review on how my visit went.

Office staff and technicians were awesome!Had my back window shatter while I was holidays, luckily they had the window in stock and they worked me into the schedule super last minute.Everything went super smooth and they had me back on the road before lunch at a rate lower then nearby glass shops.Technician was super professional and did a top notch job, office staff were really nice as well.Thanks!

This glass shop was great to me. I had a chip another shop wouldn’t fill. Crystal glass filled it for me. However, it cracked a couple weeks later but they gave me a great deal on the windshield replacement I needed plus deducted the chip repair cost. After the replacement their customer service was amazing with any issues that came up. They took the time to investigate my concerns. Easy 5 star experience. Highly recommend!!
