I would give 0 stars if I could. 2 PROMAX trucks have come to a vacant lot in our residential neighborhood to clean the cement trucks, which is toxic and illegal, they are aware of this and dont seem to care. There is a lot of wildlife behind me and this is super sad to see. Its been reported
