Appliance Repair Expert of Vancouver

I would highly advise against using this company. The technician stated the relay had gone on the fridge and had to be replaced. My landlord asked if it would save it and he said it would. After he was finished the repair and heading out the door he told me that the compressor was going to go. I told him that should have been explained to my landlord before they trusted and agreed to a $ 400 repair. He said it could be 2 months or 2 years. Two days later- early Saturday, the freezer broke and a few hours later the the whole thing died.I called over the weekend and was told a technician would call and they never did. When I phoned back they gave me a direct number where the voice mail was full. On Monday a technician called and I asked if it was possible to speak to a manager. They said they would escalate it, no one reached me. The person who answered my call said you had to send an email to a general mailbox for a manager. An assistant finally contacted me and said a technician would be addressing it . 5 days in that still hasn’t happened. I have asked multiple times by email to speak with someone about a refund and no one will even reply. It feels like a very blatant scam and hard to explain to my landlord she paid $ 400 for a part in a fridge they knew was on its death bed and they can’t bother to respond to remedy.

The tech did a brilliant job on our 5-year-old Bosch dryer, it is running like new again. We were very impressed with how we were kept up to date on the time technician was going to be at our home. He was very professional and knowledgeable and gave us valuable advice. We would certainly recommend this company to our friends and family. The prices are good. Thanks.

I don’t normally give bad reviews to services but I cannot resist it for this company. A service tech checked my oven in November 2021 as there was an issue with it. He suggested there is a part that needs to be ordered. After paying the money for the part, I have contacted the company several times to follow up, but they advised that the part is still on back order. It is now May 2023 and I have yet to receive the part or the money back!

I would highly recommend this company. Alex was very professional and fixed the problem very quickly at a reasonable cost. He also took the time to have a chat which was really nice. It's refreshing to be able to find someone who takes pride in their work, and it was obvious that customer service is very important to this company. If any of my appliances need repairing in the future, they will the folks I will be calling.

I just want to add more details about my review i got an email from a manager promised me to send someone asap, after 12 days nothing happened. I called several times excuses and more excuses. They are not professional and they do not meet the quality control criteria because my fridge is not working anymore and i need to buy a new one.

DO NOT USE - IT IS A SCAM!!!These people ripped me off for over $400. They said I needed a part replaced, told me to order it, I ordered it separately. They came back to install it (pretty sure they just kept the new part and left the old part). Issue persisted, they didn't fix it. I called back and then they just blacklisted me. Dodged my calls, I contacted the manager" which was a joke... All in all

Such genuine professionals. Visited my house within 24 hours, diagnosed the issue, and were very efficient. Used this company before and will definitely use them again in the future. Excellent service that I would absolutely recommend to anyone. Thank you
