Sooke's West Coast Collision and Glass

After waiting 2 months for a windshield replacement I showed up at 8 am Monday morning to drop my vehicle off for the day to be repaired. I live a half hour away and had arranged for a lift. When I arrived at the shop Nic told me that they did not have my windshield and I would have to come back. I will point out that in preperation for this appointment I had called last Friday afternoon and I talked to Nic and asked if everything was ready for my Monday appointment and he assured me everything was ready to go.... All EXCEPT the windshield. I won't be going back. 2 months lead time AND a reminder call and I still got burned.

Ted is amazing from West coast collision. Iinsurance wanted to bend my frame back after I got rear-ended even though it was a frame replacement. Frame replacement was 14 months away. Insurance didn't want to pay for my rental for that long. Ted told me he would not repair the frame due to it not being safe for me. He supplied insurance with documents that stated my frame could not be bent back. He got my truck to be a write-off. Even though he lost out on business and didn't get paid for the work he put in for me he still fought for me. Thank you very much Ted and West coast collision.I highly recommend using West coast collision for any insurance claims. You can no longer use a lawyer with vehicle insurance and they will try to bring you through the ringer. It's nice to have someone on your side.

Great experience with West Coast Collision! Brian took care of everything and even had the car rental company come out and drop the car at the shop!George is a fantasy body man and my car looks perfect!Even better - I picked up the car and it had been detailed inside and out!Exceptional Quality Service!

Bad explanation and was not clear and honest about what he is going to do and how much I am going to pay before starting repairs the car.

Professional and friendly staff at front desk.We had our dodge promaster repaired. Not happy with the noise coming from cooling fan. Yesterday talking to estimator Nic and the technician who worked on the van, they both agreed on fan noise is normal.So today we took the vehicle to a local mechanic shop (cost $189) and found out that cooling fan is out of balance due to force and needs to be replaced. The cost of materials is just over $845 + 6 hours of time to replace. just over $1500 out of our pocket. And not including cost of rental vehicle for our small business.We are not pointing fingers at any one. We believe the estimate and workorder for this job was not done professionally. The original estimate did not include everything and we had to go in 2nd time for additional damages found by technician. After all repairs was finished by Westcoast collision there was other damage found by local mechanic shop.Very disappointed in how Westcoast collision handled our situation/ issue.We would recommend going to your local dealership for any ICBC collision repair. - Thanks

They were booked up for a month but they took the time to get me back on the road , for free. 15 minutes of their time and I appreciate it so much. I hope they enjoyed the coffee and muffins I sent.

I highly recommend this shop! They were prompt, friendly, courteous and professional. They went over and above to repair our body work, and take care of our car inside and out. Our car looks like new! Thank you West Coast Collision :)
