Thank you Dr. Erica for seeing Oreo on such short notice and getting him checked out ASAP for his injuries! I will be forever grateful to all at the North Oakville Animal Hospital for finding a time for me to bring my cat in and getting him checked out so we could treat him in time!You guys were not only amazingly hospitable, but you also made Oreo feel so relaxed despite his fear of strangers and new environments.Thank you so so much!

I've been using NOAH's services for many years. I've seen a number of different vets over the years and have always been pleased with the service. I recently saw Dr Sue who was really knowledgeable and explained my dogs issue, she also provided printouts on her condition. Holly is never anxious about going there and is always treated very well.

I just want to give a huge Thank You to the entire team at North Oakville Animal Hospital! I remember when Adrienne and Sinead use to work there and Karen (haven’t seen her around) they were all a great help to Tia and myself! You are all just amazing and dependable. Dr. Sue is an amazing Vet she goes above and beyond to help. Tia was so fortunate to have you all to help and look after her. From the beginning to the end you have been there and I just wanted to Thank You for that. I will never forget all you have done!

The staff at OAH are fantastic. Always friendly and willing to answer questions. It is nice to know Benjamin is receiving the best care, all the time.

NOAH has time and time again proven their devotion to this community through their love and attention they give our pets. I have had four cats under their care and could not have asked for better service.They have handled every little illness, hiccup and life ending sickness my pets have gone through with grace and compassion.They will always go out of their way to see your pet if they can, they will always answer the phone, and they will never leave you alone.We have lost two cats in the past three years and NOAH made sure we had every bit of support needed while going through the incredible loss, and did every single thing they could to give us as much time with our pets as we could.Saying thank you is not enough, you are all heros, you are all my angels.Love, Zoey, Cain and Jack

I can forgive errors or quirks, but they seem to keep happening here. A couple of years ago, I took my pet in for a urine draw, and because they recovered a bloody sample (this is due to the staff's handywork and not my fault), I had to pay for the analysis a second time.Last year, I asked for the same test my pet gets every 3-4 months (a blood and urine draw). They mistakenly added a visit without my request or agreement (I had no idea a visit was to occur), and when Dr. Jen felt my pet for lumps before taking him in for the cysto (the cysto is done by her as a matter of course, so it was not surprising to have her come grab my pet), I didn't realize it would count as a visit.When it was time to pay, I let the front desk know I had never asked for the visit, but they told me that because Dr. Jen had completed it, they would need to charge me. Okay, it was a misunderstanding; I let this go...Then today, I was charged $83 extra for, you guessed it, the same procedures (cysto and blood draw). I did not notice until I got home--the procedure note is not obviously different from what I asked for, and I only discovered the error because I was able to compare the charge amount with previous receipts for the same procedure. While I managed to get a refund this time, I will not be returning to this clinic.The worst part is that nobody is sorry for any of it!

After a very bad experience at our previous vet and groomer, we were seeking a new one to treat our dog after he was cut at the groomer and developed an infection. Dr. Emily was absolutely wonderful, attentive, and caring. The staff are lovely too. We have decided to stay on with NOAH as our dog's primary care providers because we were so impressed with the services provided.

From the moment you walk in the clinic door, you feel welcome, supported and cared about. NOAH team has taken care of my puppy for the past thirteen years and his well being has always been attended to as tho he were one of their own pets. NOAH makes us feel like we are the most important and that is a very special quality of theirs. Now that Nemo is in his senior years, I feel confident with the care we are receiving and trust Dr Jen and Dr Sue immensely! xoxx
