I’m not sure how fresh the cookies are but they are hard and crispy. Not chewy at all…. It’s very disappointing. First and last time here. Other than that, they would have been really good if they were softer.

I placed an order for a 12 cookie bouquet for Valentine's Day. I placed the order 3 days in advance and I was advised that it would be delivered February 14th with no problems. Today is February 15th the end of the day. The bouquet of Cookies has still not been delivered I've been advised that no one is sure what happened to the delivery. So I will be refunded for my purchase. I am not a happy customer I am very disappointed

It's hard to beat freshly made cookies from F&N. The macarons from Point G were good as well. Quality handmade ice cream from Bilboquet is delicious. It's a little bit pricy, but well worth it.

Delicious cookies, and the girl who introduced them to me, Akane who is at their company in marketing I bellieve, was the absolute sweetest; almost sweeter than the delicious salted caramel cookies she recommended! great service and 100% best cookies ive ever had

Came here for dessert after some Schwartz. We had tasted a few of the flavors and finally got the cookies and cream one, and the chocolate. The cookies and cream was amazing!
