Silly me backed my car out through slush and snow and it started to pull the plastic guard off from under the engine. We called up Midas cause they had great reviews and they just happened to have an opening right then. My car was fixed within an hour of calling them. To top it off I didn't have to pay an arm or a leg. very professional, caring, and reliable service. I will be coming back for all my needs.

First and foremost, not only is the front counter super respectful, customer service oriented and a joy to converse with, on the occasion that the mechanics needed to speak to the counter staff or to me, were equally as awesome on the customer service scale. This was the location that during tire changeover season was the most reasonably priced for tires and labor, and they were able to get me in for service in a week. I ended up buying their house brand tires and have been very satisfied with them. I was very hesitant but 2 months in am very surprised. The road noise is much lower than my twice the price brand tires were. The warranty that is linked with the tires as well is fantastic and honored at all Midas North America locations which is important to me, due to traveling a lot. I had issue with one of my tires having a slow leak. One of the stem valves was leaking, no fault of the shop, and they had me in and out in less than an hour. Check them out for more than tires!

We received excellent service from Midas of Brockville when our Corolla developed an exhaust system problem while we were travelling the 401. We got an appointment the same day, were seen promptly when we arrived, and were shown what the problem was. The repair was clearly explained to us, and we received an estimate for the cost and time. The repair was completed well within the time allotted, and at an extremely fair price. We are more than satisfied with all aspects of the service we received. Thank you for saving our weekend trip, Midas!

PJ and the crew are always friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient whenever I bring my car to their shop for my usual oil changes and seasonal tire changes. This weekend, I had a last minute problem with my brakes. They were able to get me in quickly to check out the problem, and fix it the same day. I will always go back to them and highly recommend them to anybody!

I had been travelling through Brockville on a Friday before noon, when my steering went absolutely crazy...I pulled into Midas Brockville , they were able change a couple of the bushings and do an alignment. The whole time they were very friendly and were able to work on my car almost immediately. This was a tremendous relief for me and quite the surprise, they were so pleasant the whole time and were able to obtain the parts necessary. They put my mind at ease and I was able to continue my travelling in a couple hours.. ...so AWESOME!!

Amazing service! My husband had over filled the coolant and PJ the assistant manager helped us right away. He emptied out the coolant and fixed our problem. Thank you so much for helping us. I recommend going there if you have any problems. He was extremely knowledgeable and knew right away what the problem was. He will take care of you with a familiar and friendly touch!

I definitely recommend this Brockville Midas for anyone seeking mechanics they can trust and all around great customer service. They have become my go-to mechanics. They will text you real time updates on your car with pictures, so you can see for yourself any problems identified. I have found them to be honest, and they don't try to gouge you or up-sell service that you don't need. Good mechanics are worth their weight in gold - I've had some seriously sketchy experiences with other businesses and this place is like a breath of fresh air. Bonus: they have loaner cars.
