The Laundry Factory

Plenty of machines are available in a variety of sizes. The place is kept clean and neat. To use the machines you need a card instead of coins. There are a couple terminals where you are able to purchase a card or reload it. We tried using a new $10 but it was rejected. Fortunately we had a couple of older $5 on us and they worked.

Awesome experience would highly recommond for your own laundry or for them to do it if ur busy,, Cindy was amazing so helpful and kind, Cindy is very good at her job and the place was spotless soooo clean and stocked.

I was disgusted on how I was treated by the laundry attendant today. I'm a regular I go every week spend 3 hrs doing my laundry. I walked in today ( may 16 2021) I simply said good morning, no response. I was loading my laundry into the machines. An the laundry attendant go rude with me cause I wasn't starting the machine after I loaded it. I had an abundance of laundry as I have a family of 7 in our household. I guess she was overwhelmed it was getting busy but not my problem. There's plenty machines for everyone. Don't know the attendant name otherwise I'd go to management to report how rude an unprofessional she was. I'll pick a different day to go from now on!!

Visiting Collingwood for the week from out of town. Decided to do some laundry. Facility was very clean. Many machines of different sizes. Good value for money. Entirely coin-less, uses refillable cards instead. There's a laundry attendant during the day and they were very helpful orienting us and helping out with which size machines were best.

I used this facility recently and I found the experience refreshing. The lady on staff at the time was very helpful and accommodating in spite of being very busy herself. Since I don't have much experience with laundromat machines she saved time, money and anxiety!

Hours state 6am-11pm. Second time I’ve been locked out at 10:40pm. Now I’ll have to wait until morning to get my laundry. The 75lb washer didn’t let out hot water, causing my wash to run dry, wasted $13..

I had a king sized comforter to wash and had not been to a laundromat in many years. I would certainly go back to this one. The wonderful person running the place - sorry I did not your name - was very helpful and kept an eye on my wash for me.

Second edit of rating:I have been back since incident below and have not seen that attendant. I will say I observed the attendant they had there the past few times was very kind and helpful to everyone there. It’s a great facility overall which is why I bumped up my star rating again.———(First) Editing star rating from recent experience here: while I had an excellent experience my first time there with an attendant, after multiple times washing here I was rudely barked at for bringing a laundry cart outside to bring my heavy bags of laundry in. I have brought the laundry carts out the other times I had been with no issues but this was a rainy day and she scolded me about the wheels would causing a mess from being wet….will my shoes not do the same and truck in wet tracks?? It was very uncomfortable being scolded so rudely by an attendant when this was my first time learning “carts aren’t allowed outside” (even though the exact attendant watched me multiple times bring them out on dry days!!)If you have back issues, like myself, this may be a concern that you will have to carry your bags from the parking lot in and through the laundromat.Perhaps I caught this attendant on a bad day but customers shouldn’t be targets of berating like that. Asking nicely could have achieved the same goal.Original rating:Excellent laundry facility!Plenty of machines for everyone - including the big multi-load machines! They even have an attendant on site who was very helpful the first time I went.

The attendant is only there til 5 and you need the attendant if you want to use the heavy XL washers. Just drove there and back again because it’s not posted on here.

I started going to this laundromat last summer when I found myself suddenly homeless due to a bad domestic situation. I have only ever used a laundromat a handful of times in my life because I always had laundry at home. 13 months later and still homeless I still drive to this laundromat even though there are some much closer. However I can't lie I do use the one in Stayner everyonce in a while because I like to do my laundry late at night and it is 24 hrsDear people from the laundry factory ... can you please keep your doors open 24hrs? There are usually a handful of people late at night doing their laundry at the one in Stayner. It may be profitable . .
