Lash & Makeup Lounge

Went there for a makeup and hair styling for a photoshoot. They did nothing I couldn’t have done at home. Hair was basic and not exactly what I asked for. They also left my curls very stiff, I looked like a doll (and they did say that but not what I was going for) I asked for some vintage glam with a cat eye, no cat eye nothing vintagy at all. I also didn’t have time to stay and make them fix it. I wouldn’t waste your money if you can do your own basic makeup and curl your own hair.

I used this business one time for a full lash set. After 2 weeks I was in need of a fill right away. My lashes just weren't holding up. I left work early for my appointment and I got there to be told my appointment time had to be pushed another 30 to 40 minutes. Unfortunately, I couldn't do that because it would make me late to pick up my daughter. If they had called me ahead of time I might have been able to get someone to help me out. The lady didn't seem to care at all that this was a big inconvenience to me and didn't offer any solution other than rebooking for another day. Now I'm three weeks past my fill and my lashes are 95% gone. This place is fine if you have time for a fill every two weeks max and a flexible schedule. The chairs are comfortable.

I went here a while back after a different salon improperly did my lashes, caused an infection and I needed them removed.I was in a lash room and told the tech was just finishing up with a client, which was fine. The room was filthy, and I mean filthy. They had lashes (in boxes) spread all over the floor, and the windowsill was filthy and the room had stuff all over it. I literally watched the tech come from the room across from mine (both doors were open) and jump right into mine and she said sorry for the mess

Visited for a lash lift and tint.This is definitely a small business. Upon entering you are barraged with everything from candles to bathing suits. There’s not really a theme or a design to the space but there is a lot of “stuff”. But, if you are looking for some unique swimsuits or candles, this place has a nice selection.I was eventually greeted after the lady outside finished cleaning the windows. I was early so I didn’t mind waiting. I was taken into a treatment room and instructed to lay down and relax. I did initially, but then I sat up because I like to take in spaces and look for cleanliness. This place did not disappoint, but not in a good way. The treatment room was pretty dirty - the wax pot was generally spattered with wax and looked like no one had put in any effort to do anything about it. The sink was dirty, there were stains on the walls, bottles on the shelves were dirty, and just a general feeling of yikes. That being said, I figured the worst that could happen was I would get an eye infection, so into the deep I went. I know, I seek thrills in dark places.My service provider was very nice and professional. She was personable and efficient, and overall she did a great job. Despite the fact that this place would rather have clean exterior windows instead of treatment rooms, I’m not mad about the service I got or the result. She checked in on me a lot, explained what she was doing, and was very gentle. Overall my lash lift and tint was very good.I don’t know if I’d return solely based on the cleanliness of the treatment room. However, if you like risking $95 to stare at a dirty sink and listen to nice people chit chat, this might be the place for you. But seriously, if the rooms were cleaner I would give this establishment 5 stars. The people are really great, and there’s a potential for a lot of improvement so they can only get better :)

Not only have I been going to Lash and Makeup Lounge for years, but I will only deal with the wonderful women here. I trust Evelyn with my lashes making me feel like the bad and boujee woman I am. These women make me feel amazing from the moment I walk into the building to the moment I leave. Always friendly, Always kind, Always listen to my drama that I have going on in my life. I have been going to this place for months and I can not express how much I love it here. The staff are so kind, they nail my lashes everytime. They are always ready for me when I come and make it very welcoming. Recommend them 10/10

Love my lashes everytime and the store is filled with cute swim suits, lingerie, and many many gift ideas! 10/10.
