Paid cash for 10 dollars of gas, came out to pump the gas and it wasn't set up to pump. When I went back in the guy pretended I didn't give him 10 dollars, obviously pocked it. Be careful folks! 10 dollars is 10 dollars.

The laundry mat is a waste of time and money. Tried coins on the 5 machines that didn't have an out of order sign, one worked and I walked away from spending 9.00 on soggy clothes....

Horrible staff, garbage sometimes left around building for days , when are they NOT ‘back in 5 minutes’ ? Stopped going there for gas because I got tired of having to go in for my receipt ( pump printer is ALWAYS out) Just stopped there for the last time because ’back in 5 minutes’

There is one young dude who works here who literally delights in pretending they don’t carry really obvious products. I’ve seen many customers go through this including myself. It’s bizarre.Also, they always close ultra early..like as early as they can get away with. You can’t go off of the hours posted here on google they are NOT EVER open past like 10pm. Even though it says 11:30pm. It’s the worst She’ll station in the world probably. They may as well just shut it down.

5 times now I've gone to the store between 10-1030 and the doors are locked without an employee in sight. If you're going to close early at least change the posted hours.

Very disappointed with the lack of care from this laundromat. We are a local business that uses the facility for laundry and our basket was accidentally left for a few days, our aprons along with the basket were tossed. When we asked the clerk inside they were well aware and knew it was ours, so why wouldn't a fellow business help another out.

If you are looking for a facility that always keeps you guessing and a floor that is mysteriously wet and dirty then this is the place for you. Many of the laundry washers and dryers are not working but you'll never know which one till you put your money in. The out of order machines are not clearly marked so its really fun trying to figure it out. The washers are marked with how much per load but the fun part is trying to figure out the Combo the coins go into the slot. The driers just say 25 cents and that definitely isn't for one load. For those who came here looking for answers thank goodness for the lady that just happened to be leaving. The washer coins go in quarter,loonie, loonie, quarter, quarter. As for the drier I put 10 quarters per load and am guessing that will give me 40 mins of drying which I am hoping is enough. The staff at this shell are pretty awesome and friendly so that's something. The laundry mat seems to be shells secret shame. Would be awesome to see some love on this side of the building.
