It’s an absolute delight to be a patient of Dr Mercy’s and I’m so lucky to work with such a patient, kind physician. Her nurses are also SO sweet and helpful.

The wait times are MUCH better than they have been in previous years. I am taken in right away or only have to wait about 15-20 minutes (versus three hours…).Contrary to other reviews, I can always get through to book an appointment and the front staff have always been professional.I was seeing Dr. Dougherty in past years and he was always a good doctor but I notice his service has been less recently, I feel that I have to play doctor more myself and try to figure things out which is disappointing.

It is unfortunate for me to give this low rating as our family doctor i.e. Dr SS is super excellent, commited, detail and really taking her time to check/diagnose. However, this clinic (particularly administration staff, receptionists or nurses) really need to improve their walk-in patients experience. I was told to come early in the morning to bring my daughter for walk-in. We came early. We ended waiting for for more than 3 hours before seeing the doctor. My 5-year old daughter did not have breakfast due to stomach ache and ended up really hungry. No estimated time provided to us. Waiting room was boring. Receptionists/nurses did not give any comfort nor assurance to us on the waiting time. Suggest the admin/receiptionist/nurses manage the timing or customer experience better. Instead of letting the patient wait endlessly, perhaps have them on a standby call (with 30 min or 1 hr advance notice) so that they can do other chores and not wasting their time waiting.I also had another experience before when I waited for more than 2 hrs to see the doctor despite having an advance appointment.

I don’t mind driving a long way to get to this clinic all because of Dr. MERCY but not the front staffs who always ignored the phone calls. Dr. MERCY is amazing, she’s the best family physician in the clinic. Efficient and patient and very knowledgeable, willing to take time to explain the situation with me. Thank you Dr. MERCY!!

I've been seeing Dr. Mercy Akinsipe for over a year now and she has changed my life. If you are a woman and want to be taken seriously by medical professionals I can not recommend her enough. She actually listens and cares about her patients. I never feel rushed or dismissed and in general I have never had a bad experience at this clinic. The front end staff are always so nice to me and I'm in the clinic pretty frequently. Sometimes I do have to wait a little past time for my appointment but I can understand how a clinic can get busy and behind schedule. It's never an exorbitant amount of time to wait either. Plan for the extra time just in case and have some empathy for the staff. Overall, I am very grateful for Dr. Mercy and her team for taking such good care of me as a patient.

Dr Doherty is a great doctor. But every single time I have to go in I dread even going. With appointments I always wait 2 plus hours every time. One of the worst run practices I have had the misfortune of having as a place i visit for medical needs. Looks like I'm looking for a new doctor.

Doctor Doherty is amazing! Never had an issue with the doctor. However I had to go there physically to book an appointment due to me not being able to get in touch with them. The lady at the desk was lovely but when I called to confirm the booking, the lady on the phone was rude.1 Year later…same issue. Calling 3 times before being answered and put on hold. Just to be told my Doctor won’t be available till over a month later. Unfortunately will be giving up on this clinic.

Absolutely Terrible. I took off work to go see my doctor and when I got to my appointment they claimed that the doctor was gone for the whole week. If the doctor is planning to leave (aside from urgency which would be mentioned when telling patients so they better understand) for a whole WEEK please do NOT call your patients and confirm their appointment the day prior just for the doctor to be off.

I have no issues with the doctors themselves, however this clinic is poorly run. Long wait times when you have an appointment booked and near impossible to get a hold of. I’ve had a specialist attempt to reach my doctor for weeks to urgently prescribe me new medication with no luck. I would recommend looking elsewhere for a family physician as I will now be doing.

The clinic itself is commendable, with competent doctors. However, I must express my disappointment with the front desk staff. Their lack of organization and inconsistent guidance can be frustrating for patients. There have been instances where the information provided over the phone differed from what was communicated at the clinic, leading to misunderstandings. I sincerely hope that the clinic owners take proactive measures to enhance their customer service and address these concerns
