The staff and doctors I have interacted with here are lovely, the facilities are nice, and you get an hour of free parking. Does it take a while to get an appointment? Yes. But that is true everywhere and is a symptom of a much larger health system issue.

First it was impossible to get a hold of anyone.. most times you would call and an automated message told you to call back later. Now it's nearly impossible to get an appointment, with 2 small kids I can't wait a month to see our family doctor... Doctors themselves are good when you get one.

I have been a patient of Dr. Proctor's as well as my family for many years and now a patient of Dr. Borden & Staff of the clinic. I have found them to be excellent and thorough every time I've dealt with them. The poor reviews posted here are not accurate in my experience with this clinic. I understand people are usually not feeling well when they call so that leads to a distorted view of how things really are. These people are overworked and underfunded by our healthcare system. They do the best they can with the time and staff they have and they are human. Maybe with the influx of calls some things like how quick a prescription gets to the pharmacy gets slower. We all know that it's hard to find staff these days and customer service is sadly lacking everywhere because of it. Cut these people some slack, they can only do so much with the people they have and I know given the current circumstances of healthcare, if you're really seriously ill these people will make sure you are well taken care of and get the care you need. By the way, with the comments about the receptionist, if you're nice to people they will be nice to you. You get more with honey than you do with s**t. Just because the answers you get are not what you want to hear don't take it out on the messenger. She does not run or own the clinic, she is only trying to help you out the best she can within her limits. And yes, She's always been nice to me and very helpful because I make it a point to be nice to her. Try it!

Dr. Adebowale has been amazing in finding time to assess and diagnose my sick toddler and newborn. She never makes you feel rushed, and has been extremely compassionate and kind to both me and my kiddos. After the birth of my newborn she was also wise enough to send us to the hospital for an assessment and we ended up needing jaundice treatment for 24 hrs.The telephone hold times can be long, as I find they are in most multiple practitioner doctor office, but it’s well worth it to have such a great family doctor.

Dr. Rimpy Cheema is fantastic and thorough; she and any after-hours Dr or Nurse Practitioner we’ve met with are full 5 stars! Generally they have spots in the after-hours clinic day-of if you call really early and wait on hold for a long time. This is a really nice option, especially as daytime appnts can only be booked a few weeks in advance. However, the phone system is unfortunately archaic at best and completely nonfunctional at worst. Definitely fixable I think with some good tech support. If not for the phone system it would be all stars!

Dr. Cheema is amazing!Also, I think they got a new phone system so my call gets answered in a timely manner.

The doctors here are amazing. The office is not. Twice they’ve claimed they didn’t receive my prescription renewal and I’ve called to ask for it to be rushed. They still didn’t and I had to pay $15 each time. I call and am on hold at times for nearly an hour, only to be told 3 months or a walk in clinic. My breaks aren’t long enough to spend that much time on hold. It’s very frustrating.

Dr Bartens and Dr. Sorenson are my family Doctors.They are both exceptional.Caring, kind, highly efficient, and very attentive.I feel very fortunate to have these two outstanding ladies as my doctors.I have found too that the front staff have been excellent as well as the nurse who supports the delivery of their medical services.Very grateful for all that they do.

I agree with all the posts. Our doctor is good but they have clearly been greedy with the number of patients they took on. Can never get a hold of anyone and can't get an appt months in advance. They have after hours walk in time for their patients that you can book in the morning only same day. Called today at 10am, they open at 9.30am, and they had no appts by the time i got through at 10.20am. They tried to tell me I should have called in earlier and they didn't see a problem on their end. Pretty rude! What's the point of having a family doctor you can't see ever and still have to go to the walk in? Irresponsibly ran practice!!!!!

The doctors are great but the administration of this office is horrible. Impossible to get a hold of anyone. No way to leave a voicemail, the system just hangs up on you. Whoever was in charge of designing the IVR system has no business being in charge of phones. They try to give you every possible piece of information they can think of in a super long message and if you patiently wait and try to select the right option the system just hangs up on you anyways. This place seems like it's full of incompetent middle managers.
