Great place, always has many good offers and brands to chose from, the staff is really nice, helpful and provide great suggestions. Went in to replace an online purchased item and ended up buying another pair :)They got one of the best service.

A big shout out to Jessica B for helping me yesterday. She was attentive, knowledgeable and professional. Unlike other shoe stores in the mall I was able to find the perfect pair of shoes in my size with no rudeness or lack of care.I will be recommending Journeys to everyone. Jessica B. deserves a raise. Will only be shopping at Journeys from now on.

I had a bad experience at another shoe store in the mall and came to journeys. Their customer service is top notch. I was greated right away and the women serving me was basically a therapist and a personal stylist. She listened to my concerns and got a feel of my personality. So I am now sky high with the shoes I needed but they reflect how silly I am. 1000 thank yous! I was very accommodated!

Very great, helpful and friendly staff, specially compared to other shoe stores in the mall where staff are rude, grumpy, or don't even acknowledge you are there. This is definitely going to be my new place to shop for shoes when I need/want a new pair, and I think it should be others too!

First time shopping here. Asha and her co-workers were super friendly and efficient! She showed us a few recommendations in the store that would go with our purchase, without being pushy about upping the sale. Will definitely shop here again!

Went in looking specifically for Doc Martin's boots and sadly the ones I wanted were out in my size. That said the staff was great and helped me find a great alternate set of boots

I just bought a pair of converse and the manager was incredibly helpful! I didn't realize I accidentally kept him and another staff member after store hours to help me cash out and they were super nice, and didn't even mention it. Great customer service and adorable shoes, will be a returning customer
