Waited in the drive thru line for for 15-20mins for my order. Got the order wrong and went inside to correct it. Thankfully, I got a refund for the incorrect order and got my correct order then. Need better drive thru time and more training to take orders properly.

Ok great start to you serving Coaldale! 7pm Saturday night went to get 3 pop corn chicken bowls with Mashed potatoes and some buckets! .the girls said Sorry I can make you your bowls but we are out of gravy so no gravy on the bowls or with the buckets.It is typical for Coaldale fast food places don’t give a rats behind about running a business and care for customers . Great start you are not even open for more than a month and already are out of a kfc staple we choose to go somewhere else

Yayyyyyyyy Coaldale finally has a tasty treat. The chicken was exactly what you would expect from KFC, finger licking good, the fries were hot and crispy and the pop corn chicken is my personal fave. I got the 2 can dine for $10 meal and was not disappointed. A super big thank you to the gal who took my order. She wasn't sure what to do with my coupon because there isn't a coupon code printed on it but she simply said No problem". Great job KFC and welcome to Coaldale."

They are off to a horrible start ! They said it would be 10 minutes to make fresh chicken at the drive thru ! 40 minutes later we were still stuck in line ! All the staff seemed really confused and under trained.
