Premium refrigeration is one of the most honest and friendly company's I've ever dealt with. I got an ac unit installed and my furnace fixed all in the same day and at a reasonable price! They did not try and upsell me on the ac unit and were very knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend them!

Don is awesome! Great guy with the expertise, workmanship and knowledge to get the job done. He installed a brand new A/C for our house and he thoroughly explained everything that he was going to do to have it done. Easy to communicate with and was able to answer all my questions no problem. Don responded to me and came to our condo right away to check our hot water tank that was leaking. He did our furnace and central humidifier as well 6 years ago. He is friendly and very respectful. And it's cheap compared to other companies. Thank you Don.

Don came to our house to check on a “funny” sound coming from our furnace. He came within 2 hours of our call. When came the sound had stopped but he looked and listened to a video we recorded. He spent some time investigating the issue and figured out the problem and fixed it. He is prompt, polite and very competent. A true professional I would happily recommend.

Amazing service . Don had come out to my house for a check on my furnace during the arctic blast we had a couple weeks ago after having 2 other company's (i will not name) come out to fix the problem and strike out i had heard about this local owned company with amazing customer service and a great attention to detail . He had been in my house for only a hour and had my heat working in no time . Thanks to premium refrigeration my kids didn't have to sleep in a cold house . I would just like to thank you Don for taking care of my house in a very busy time and I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for great service and reliability.

We had Don come out today to look at our a/c system which wasn’t putting out cold air. A little backstory, about 2 weeks prior we had a tech from a larger company come out to take a look. He diagnosed it with leak somewhere in the system and quoted $400 just to locate the leak. That guy’s recommendation was to replace to entire a/c system at a cost of $4500-$5000. Plus he claimed he was prevented by law from recharging the system because if it continued to leak it would damage the environment.Fast forward to today when Don came. In the span of about 1 hour he diagnosed the location of the leak, sealed it and recharged the system (turns out the last guy didn’t notice our system used environmentally friendly coolant) for not even 1/10th the price.I am currently sitting in a cool house with it being 30 degrees outside thanks to Don’s honest and expert workmanship. I would definitely recommend this company to any homeowner looking to their a/c issues!

Don was awesome. My furnace stopped working properly in the middle of the night. I contacted Don early morning and he was there by 10am and had the problem fixed quickly. I was also very happy with the fair and honest pricing.

Don installed my AC last weeks and it’s been working great! Both Krissy and Don have been extremely punctual and informative. They did a clean installation and were finished before noon!I would recommend this company!
