Very poor customer service on 3 different occasions, from different staff!

Went in October to buy clothes for my kids and children section was blocked off because floor staff were taking pic of the mannequin when it should be done whenno customers in the store . I went again on 12 Dec 2022 again floor staff were taking children’s clothes off the shelf. I think one of the staff that works there Omg she is so rude telling her another floor staff so rudely in front of customers stop doing circle actually do some work . I thought how rude of her to talk to her co worker like that. No wonder ppl don’t want to work because I tell you this woman is really bad and rude. Customers go there to shop no to go there to look at empty shelves . If she is the manager she should be fired . Or if I was working under her and she would scream and talk rude I would go to labour relations and complain about her.

Shopped today twice at the store felt quite discriminated by the a guy at till @12:47pm. Working in same industry I know how much it’s important to be courteous and polite with customers.My second time visit at store was fine as this time it was another guy at till who was friendly and polite at the same time.

As of Jan 14, 2023 Lot of new stuff for kids, new born, ladies & Gents. Very Limited items on sale. Only two cashier counter opened, Queue of 5-6 people average on weekends. Closing at 6:00 PM on weekends. Average price, Watch out for final sale before buying any discounted or sale items.

I recently visited the H&M store located in Willowbrook Mall, Langley, and I must say it was an incredibly disappointing experience. The manager of this particular store seems to be highly incompetent and lacks professionalism. It was quite evident that they were in a hurry to close the store rather than providing quality service to their customers.From the moment I walked in, I could sense the lack of enthusiasm and attention from the staff. It felt as if they were merely going through the motions, and their disinterested attitude was quite off-putting. When I approached the manager to ask a few questions about the products, their response was dismissive and unhelpful. It was clear that they had no interest in assisting customers or providing any sort of guidance.What really frustrated me was the apparent rush to close the store. It seemed as though the staff were more concerned with wrapping up their duties rather than assisting customers. The shelves were disorganized, and several items were out of stock. When I tried to inquire about availability, the manager simply shrugged and offered no solution or alternative options.Furthermore, the lack of cleanliness and upkeep in the store was noticeable. There were clothes scattered on the floor, and the overall presentation was far from what one would expect from a reputable retailer like H&M. It felt as though the management was neglecting their responsibilities in maintaining a welcoming and inviting shopping environment.Given my experience, I would strongly advise against visiting this particular H&M store in Willowbrook Mall, Langley. The incompetence and unprofessionalism displayed by the manager, along with the disinterested attitude of the staff, left a bitter taste in my mouth. It is disheartening to see a brand that is known for its quality and customer service fail so miserably at this location.If I had the option, I would have given this store a half-star rating. It is evident that significant improvements are needed in terms of management, staff training, and overall customer experience. Until these issues are resolved, I recommend seeking out alternative H&M locations where you can enjoy the quality service and attention that customers deserve.

Alison or whatever the name is of the manager has some attitude problem. While checking out, I gave a $100 bill and the cashier gave me one $20 bill which was teared a little bit so I asked if he can give me another bill. He checked with this manager lady and she started making faces like, Oh! I can't give you a different bill

12+ customers in line and 2 tills open with 3.rollers.... Very frustrating, please get your customers through the till. Thus the 3rd time I've walked out.

Had a very bad experience today although I am a big fan of h and m and I always shop here. I told the sales associate there that it’s my birthday can I get the discount first of all she didn’t care enough to say happy birthday to me whatever but didn’t provide enough information whether I will get it or not.

employees seemed willing to go to the ends of the earth to find the perfect item for me. all employees i interacted with were so kind
