Extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff. I went in today in search of a new bra since I had just snapped my wire in my only bra an hour before. The lovely woman did a quick measurement of me. Doubled checked it with a bra and helped me find two nice ones that I liked. She pulled bras that she thought I would like and wasn't afraid to pull some from the clearance rack when they fit my criteria. I walked out of the store after having a very pleasant experience. I would highly recommend.

I went in today and had the pleasure of working with Innes. She had her work cut out for her with me, I dispise bra shopping and usually leave frustrated and annoyed anytime I shop for Bras. 7 years of Mom Bras" and sports bra's and I was ready to stop putting this off. Innes is SO knowledgeable

Awful experience the older lady I dealt with a month ago was very racist I went in to look around as I’ve never shopped here before and she was constantly following me around and She ignored any question I did have and helped out the other older white lady but ignored me.

First time at Envie today as iI am new to Kitchener.Debbie was really great. I work in customer service as well and Debbie met my needs quickly, efficiently and I left with exactly what I came in for in less than a half hour ( Ii also have a really hard to fit bra size) Definitely will be back and highly recommend Debbie!

I love this shop! The staff are really excellent and helpful. The prices range but a lot of their inventory is on the higher price scale. But the quality is on par with the price. They have a great variety and really comfy loungewear. Good variety in bras and undies.

I had the most amazing experience here just yesterday (May 4th), and the absolutely lovely woman working there that day was just incredible. I have a lot of troubles finding bras that fit let alone fit well/correctly and she was just so understanding and helpful. Her and my husband also worked together to try and find the right bras to fit me. She valued both our input and at no point did I ever feel rushed or that I was in any way inconveniencing her. I must have tried on half the store, not for lack of understanding my needs, but because of the complex bra size I seem to have. I would recommend anyone and everyone to come visit this store as it was just one the most incredible and welcoming experience I have ever had while bra shopping. Thank you so very much for this experience.

Innes was the absolute best! I’ve never had a bra that’s fit me properly before and she immediately knew exactly what to get! Everything I got was gorgeous, it all fit me perfectly and Innes made me so comfortable. This was the best bra shopping experience in the world, I’ll only come to Envie now! I’m quite disappointed with Envie Intimates. I had purchased a bra recently. When trying it on, I noticed the price tag said $84.00. When I went to pay, the cashier said it’s actually $94.00. Because I had tried on more than one bra, I thought I must have made a mistake. When I got home, I noticed that there were two prices on the bra tag. One side said $84.00, the other said $94.00. I took the bra back today, because usually, the store will give the customer the lower price. I was told that the $84.00 was the pre COVID price and that the bra is $94.00. I asked why the lower price was not removed, as usually, if there is a discrepancy in the price, the lower price would be given to the customer. I have never, in any other store, not been advised otherwise. I was told that usually they put the new price sticker over the old, but for some reason they didn’t this time and the price was $94.00. I actually really liked shopping at Envie Intimates….not anymore.

Excellent customer service from Innes. Thank you for your wealth of knowledge and efforts to find the just right bra for me. I appreciated your efforts. Envie has an excellent inventory of all styles, colours and sizes of bras as well as lingerie and swimwear. I highly recommend the Envie.
