Very happy with the sunshine adjustable bed and delight mattress - great value! My 85 years old mom loves the bed and being able to adjust to ease back pain and elevate her legs. Many thanks to Maria, always so helpful and kept us updated.

Maria provided impressively prompt customer service after I purchased my bed. I was happy that she responded to my questions with quick email replies. Upon learning that the bed was for my 94 year old mother-in-law (who was arriving before Christmas), she prioritized my delivery status to ensure that I will have it in time for her visit. The bed was actually purchased with Gary’s help as Maria was not in that day. Gary was also very pleasant, patient, and answered many questions. We persevered through a few technical glitches to complete the sale.

The service is excellent. I dealt with Tina who helped me pick out the best option for my brother who is in a wheelchair. I also dealt with Susie in Customer Service when I needed to exchange a mattress cover. I must say, right from my first phone call to purchase the bed, I was impressed with how personal the service was. Any time I sent an email with a question, I received a very quick reply. The bed is lovely and I think my brother will be very happy with it!!

On December 29th my husband and I came to the store and met with Maria. She was wonderful! I had never seen anyone pit both rubber sheets and pillow protectors on a bed. I felt very comfortable lying on the beds. I am paranoid about bed bugs and head lice. She made me feel safe!Thankyou

We received our Ultramatic frame several weeks ago and are delighted with it. The ordering and delivery process were seamless, customer service was excellent (thanks Maria) and the bed functions effortlessly. An excellent product.BC

The brochure which came with the bed had issues. Poor instructions on how to use the remote. Better explanation of holes for installing legs would be helpful. I was encouraged to chose leg length resulting in solid legs when the brochure indicated adjustable ones. This has been corrected by a very intense phone call.

As often happens, there were a few glitches with my purchase, but the people at Ultramatic took care of everything in record time, efficiently and perfectly. Management, delivery personnel, and store staff (Maria and Jesse) were a joy to deal with. Rarely, do you find a sales person or staff who goes beyond the call and I found that with Maria Gademans. Maria took ownership of every problem, and made sure that each was dealt with to my complete satisfaction. I would recommend Ultramatic in a heartbeat and hope you find the gift of dealing with Maria. She truly is a gift and made my purchase, enjoyable and easy. Customer Service rep Maria G.....was wonderful, she gave good advise on what model would be best for what I want out a walker.Easy to work with and great to work with online and via phone calls..delivered in a timely manner right to my door.....very happy with my walker. As one owner put it....Oh wow you got the cadilac of walkers..!

I recently dealt with Maria to buy a rollator, and not only did the rollator turn out to be awesome, so was Maria's customer service! I was very pleased, she went above and beyond to help, and the item arrived in great condition and works beautifully. I will definitely be shopping here again.
