Elie and his team are awesome. They really know their stuff. Fast service, clear explanations on what needs to be done. I wouldn't trust anyone one else for computer repairs. I'll be back for sure.

(NEW REVIEW) JAN - 2023My laptop finally broke and I went here first to get a new one. I was poking around Best Buy and some other stores for refurbished laptops but the outsourced companies had very mixed reviews. Enders spent a lot of time with me figuring out what my needs were and let me try out different laptops for a few days without question to make sure I was happy. They had a ton of refurbished laptops in great condition (and great prices) - they also have a great warranty and genuinely care about their customers. As always, thank you guys!(REVIEW 2021)Go to this place FIRST - they know what they are doing!!!I went to another place first and they told me that my $3,000 dell laptop couldn't be repaired and it would cost at least $600 to retrieve my data. I was about to cave and buy a new laptop but a friend recommended I get a second opinion at Endersdirect and I am incredibly happy I listened.Endersdirect fixed my laptop no problem for $90. I will only go here moving forward and I will make sure everyone else I know who needs computer repairs does too. Thanks guys. You saved me over two grand.

I explained my issue (probably embarrassingly from a techy’s perspective) and they knowledgeably pointed me in the right direction. We've been coming to Elie for a LONG time and for good reason. If you want honest advise, good service and fair prices for computers and electronics this is the place to go. I've bought I don't know how much stuff from them and it's a breeze every time. When I wanted a computer built I gave them a sheet of specs and capabilities and said here make it something like this" and they did it for WAY cheaper than I'd be able to find anywhere else. When I was shopping for a monitor it was the same thing. THIS is how you run an electronics business."

I came here back in December of 2022 to have a Gaming PC built for me, cuz I'm pretty dumb when it comes to that stuff.Anyway, Eli was really great in explaining the parts he was going to put in and keeping it within my budget, he even called me a few hours later that he found a part that was better than what he originally had in mind & it was still within my pricing.The turnaround time for getting it built was relatively quick. The staff were even nice enough to help with carrying everything to my car.
