The Sales team at Jaguar Windsor are by far the most friendly and knowledgeable group I've come across in many years- BUT- a very special shout out to the team in the Service Dept. Dave and his team of techs went WAY above and beyond with my recent service. I cannot speak highly enough about my experience, I had to share. Thank you again!

I started my car journey online and found the vehicle I wanted at the Windsor Jaguar store and sent in a message. I was called by Doyal and let me tell you. He has been nothing but GREAT since we got in contact. He made sure that this long distance purchase was done correctly and also kept me upto date with what was need from me and what was going on with the vehicle. I also have to compliment the finance department for giving me a great deal and going through all changes in detail so I fully understood what I was signing. And I can forget the management, he made sure everything was executed correctly and my needs were met. We purchased a vehicle from Windsor Jaguar and dealt with Andrew.The staff including the sales manager (his name escapes me but I think it was Rob) were nothing short of great to deal with.They treated us like we were the only ones in the market buying a car....they were so courteous, honest, prompt and easy to deal with.If you get the chance to deal with Andrew on your next vehicle I would highly recommend it...he was pleasant and great. (He even played the bag pipes when we picked up our vehicle....super cool move!)

Excellent experience with Jaguar Windsor.From the initial contact with Andrea Jiga, through the professional purchasing experience, and the delivery side as well.The entire team was excellent.It was difficult to coordinate a long-distance deal since I live in Hamilton,but the attention to detail and communication was superb; she made the whole experience easy and answered all my questions.Andrea went above and beyond; before, during, and after the sale explaining and guiding me through each and every step;she even mentioned some features that were not included in the online listing and helped me out-setup everything on my new car.I thoroughly enjoyed the whole process and appreciated the personal touch of everyone at this dealership (Especially Andrea).I would suggest Andrea for future purchases.

Mustapha gave me great customer service tailored to my unique situation where I could not physically be there. Still, the service was by far the best I've ever received from a dealership. He was very pleasant and transparent. The nature of our dealings was covered by an aura or integrity, which made me feel comfortable. My deal was handled as if I was there the whole time.
