Lilian (ultrasound tech) I did my first trimester ultrasound for my 3rd pregnancy. She was so gentle very knowledgeable, and made me feel very comfortable. It was my 1st time at this location. And from the very start it was a great experience. The front desk ladies were so sweet. They ask me if I needed anything. They allowed me to use the washroom to release some pressure. Which is something I was never allowed to do with my first 2 pregnancy. I was always very full n in pain for my ultrasound. So I was surprised when they allowed me to release a bit of the pressure. I'm definitely going back to this location for my ultrasound when needed. They were incredible. Thank you thank you for giving such a great experience. It has made me realize that all the other time I have done a ultrasound They were just cruel. Lilian thank you. You are amazing .

I never write reviews, but the service I received was absolutely wonderful: efficient, timely, professional and friendly. Whether it was the front desk staff or the technicians (both xray and ultrasound), everyone was all of the above ! Also, I have been here on at least 3 other occasions and have always been treated with respect and friendliness. (which is why I am a repeat customer). Even in the past, I recall, I had to wait (maybe 15 to 20 minutes to be taken in) but the front office staff provided continuous updates that there would be a delay which was out of their control also.

I came in last Saturday for X-rays.I have a requisition to get some X-rays on my back and knees. First off the X-ray technician was whispering to the receptionist and looking at me when I was sitting waiting, making me feel a tad uncomfortable. She proceeded to call my name, took me into the X-ray room and asked me how much I weighted. She then proceeded to basically tell me I was too fat to get my X-rays done there and I should go to the hospital. I found this strange as I had X-rays done at your facility before, but I didn’t cause a stink and proceeded to leave.I’ve been thinking about this incident this past week a lot. 1. I didn’t see any verbiage around your facility advising of any weight limits for X-rays. 2. If this is the case, why wasn’t I told when I handed the receptionist my healthcare and requisition form, that I was unable to get my X-rays done, instead of making me sit there and wait. And 3. How was I able to get X-rays at your facility before?I don’t know about you, but I do not have any extra 4-12 hours to go the local hospital’s ER to get some X-rays.I am fairly upset about this whole situation and would like some sort of explanation as to why this even occurred. I’ve been calling around to other radiology facilities and they have all advised me there is no weight restriction to get X-rays.

Golden Radiology, is absolutely wonderful. The staff are so friendly and ready to accommodate your needs. It doesn't matter if they are physical or religious these ladies will accommodat. If you ever need an ultra sound or X-ray this is the spot for you and your family. I recommend Golden Radiology above any other location in Scarborough .

Words cannot express the gratitude I feel for the way my mother was treated here the past couple of days. I can’t thank the technician Liliana enough for her kind and compassionate and extremely professional manner in which she dealt with my mother. She went above and beyond to make my mother feel comfortable when problems arose. Office space is large with plenty of seating. Reception area and examination rooms are very clean. Front desk staff were very accommodating. We would definitely come back here and would also highly recommend this lab!

As always, my wife had a great experience with Lilian (ultrasound tech) she is very professional and knowledgeable. She makes her clients feel comfortable. front desk staff is very professional in scheduling an appointment and mostly we get an appointment same or next business days. We never had any issue with staff or scheduling an appointments.

I have been going here for many years and I have been generally happy with the service. Recently though, administration has changed and the last two times I have arrived there has been miscommunication, unprofessionalism, and improper bookings. For example, I called ahead to see if I could come in for a walk-in X-ray (as no appointments are allowed). I arrived the next day and the admin told me the technician was not in and that I was provided incorrect information and that scheduling is subject to change" (even though this was within 24 hours of calling and Google hours were still the same). I went for my ultrasound scan on Thursday, April 20, 2023 for my fibroid. I have nothing to say against the receptionists, they’re both nice but avoid Shams, the ultrasound technician. She is not hygienic, doesn’t practice infection control. She called me in the room and asked me to go lay down on the patient’s bed. I refused as the bed was still dirty with the torn, used paper still on the bed. Dirty crumpled paper sheets still hanging next to her keyboard. The device that goes inside you to record images of your pelvic cavity still dirty. I told her it’s still dirty and unsanitized. She defended because she’s been busy. For me that’s not an excuse. You can’t justify a negligence. I told her I also work in a clinic and IPAC or infection prevention and control is crucial to me. Her vibe changed and she suddenly became aware and started sanitizing everything. Just wondering, what if i am not aware and didn’t mention to her about infection control?

I took my wife for her ultrasound. The service I received was absolutely wonderful professional and friendly. We needed our reports urgently and they did it same day. the front desk staff was all of the above.
