Best place around to have any Custom Art work or logo design done. Staff is very friendly and helpful and were able to answer all of my questions in a timely manner. Would recommend this shop to anyone looking for good quality custom work at an affordable price. Will be coming here again!

So happy with my stickers from here I can't wait to check out some of their apparel and other items they offer. The whole process was seamless and everyone I dealt with was super nice. I highly recommend. We are lucky to have this place in Elmsdale the qualitiy is top notch.

I contacted Elmsdale Print & Design in desperation, simply because the local print shop whom I had contacted to print 3 tshirts for a birthday gift decided that they couldn't do it and said that they were sorry and had forgotten to call me!!! I called Elmsdale Design and asked if it was possible to have the tshirts made by the next day. I felt that there was no hope, but the owner was quick to help and said that they could be picked up the next day.This is what you call a first class business who made my friend's 65th birthday a wonderful memory! I am very thankful!!!

I just got a personalized licence plate done by the wonderful Tina Ross!!!! Anyone that gives a bad review is either jealous or a scam artist!! Latiff, you are crazy if you think your review will cause people to stop going to this amazing establishment!!! I suggest that you remove your negative feedback, because it only makes you look bad.

Best Quality; great design, given with a free smile. They take time to listen to their customers needs. I have spoken to the owner on several occasions and she has always been direct and to the point . If your looking to get a great design, and a company that cares pick Elmsdale Design & Print.

Refuses to serve customers in person even though Covid mandates and restrictions have been lifted. Online printing services have a file size limit. They would not open their door to take my USB drive from outside to print some documents but would have brought them outside to me had I emailed them. Terrible customer service. Go to the Elmsdale library instead if you are looking for printing services.

Went to their store to use their services and saw that the were only doing curb side pick up. Their website does not state this anywhere, and I man I spoke to on the phone sassed me when I mentioned this, saying that I guess I could add that

ATTENTION!!! Be aware of the scam this place is. They will ask for the deposit to start the work. Tina Ross will delay the work intentionally to charge more money.I Paid $907.07 deposit and got them to make a banner for me and Van graphics, I got the banner done in paper made for $385,25 249 inches by 30 inches wide. (Make some phone calls to get a quote elsewhere and decide yourself)After 2 weeks waiting for the work to be completed, ultimately I cancelled the work, Tina Ross Charged me 15% cancellation fee, also charged me for the graphics designs that she never made.Tina said BBB tells the business that they can keep 100% of the deposit if there is any cancellation.I did personally go to BBB field a complaint and asked about this claim, BBB told me that they do not have any such sayings or policies as BBB does not tell business what to do.At the end Elmsdale Designs & Print charged me $618.55.Oh! not to forget the best part!I have never been informed about any cancellation fees or whatsoever. When I went to get my Deposit back she lied to the police that I was screaming like a lunatic " fortunately I did record the entire visit while I was there. Which proves that Tina Ross Lied."
