Brought my laptop in because it wouldn't turn on. He called me a couple hours later and said he didn't know what was wrong with it. When I picked it up, I asked him if it might be the switch. He flipped the computer around and said there was no way to open it up without destroying it. I thought this can't be right, it was an expensive laptop. Don't tell me it can't be fixed. When I got home it took me less than 2 minutes to find a video that showed me exactly how to take the bottom panel off, without destroying" it. Definitely will NOT be recommending this place to anyone. Oh
