If I could hit no star I would.Two years ago my son brought my truck into the service department to get the ac done.They quoted him a price, and he pd, the job was not done. My ac hasn't worked for 2 years, since it cost 1200$ to do a job that wasn't properly done, plus 2 weeks after my husband passed away, I took it back and the guy laughed at me, saying I had no idea how much an ac to replace in a Ford ranger was.We were quoted a price, my son paid for it, the job was not done.So today I took it just up the street from them, got my ac done, costing an other 1000$ because the condenser Murphy service put in was leaking.Not a good service there at all. They aren't nice to their customers at all.I even bought the truck there, the salesman was very nice, but I think the service needs to be taking some courses on how to treat their customers.They're just horrible!!Here I am 2 years later after the above comment, having to go back to the service department, for a recall on my Ford.I was so happy with their service. I see things have changed there. A delightful young lady at the desk, who was a very pleasant person to deal with.Everyone around seemed happier.So, I have to say, I was surprisingly happy, 1/2 hour and I was on the road again.

Had the BEST experience buying a truck! After messaging many dealerships and getting brushed off, Clayton was more than helpful... especially since I admittedly had no experience or real knowledge of which would have aided me in my search. He took the time to always message me back and answer my questions so I could have all my information I needed before making the decision to buy. Never pushy at all. 100% beyond happy. I will continue to recommend Clayton and Murphy Ford to anyone!!!

Buying a new vehicle has never gone smoother than it did with Murphy Ford! Everyone was incredibly kind, helpful and transparent through the full process.
