Zebra Deck

Looking for a deck and fence company was an interesting experience. I went out to 3 companies to check on three things that were important to me. Customer Service, Price, and Quality. During the process of finding a company, 1st company was completely rude and beyond pushy, over priced, but had probably a good product. The other company was highly priced but the customer services and product were good. Zebra Deck was FANTASTIC on all accounts. They had a great customer service, were reasonable priced and had the type of wood (treated, grade, and all) I requested.When I started the process they meet with my husband, but also emailed me to keep me in the loop. During the two weeks it took me to make my decision, they did not pressure me and continued to answer all my questions in the most professional and friendly manner. Once I notified them that we were going with their company, they were ready to start work the next day. The team who did both the fence and deck, work diligently to get both done within a week. This made my day as other companies stated it would take a month to complete both and would not be able to start for 3 weeks. The whole time they worked kept me in the loop to make sure I knew when inspections were needed and once they were passed. They also let me know the progress of where they were and if any issues came up. Overall, it was the best experience I had and I will definitely be using them again when I buy a house. If you are looking for a company, I would go with them. Companies like Zebra Deck are hard to find as I felt like they truly cared about the work they did and the customer support they give reflects it.

Fabulous job done by Zebra Deck . Right from the start Owner ( Russell) was on time for the appointment consultation , listened to what we had to say , was very knowledgeable with good suggestions to accomplish the design to our needs.The time line from material delivery to deck completion was 100% spot on . Communication throughout the process was something we really valued .They made this experience stress-free and the new deck looks better than I could have imagined. They were very professional and left the backyard spotless after the project was complete. Their skillset and craftsmanship in carpentry was on the next level , the deck quickly transformed daily into a breathtaking masterpiece we now enjoy with our family. We were so pleased with the quality , we quickly rehired Zebra Deck back for an Add-On Pergola which was designed and executed again into a masterpiece of a structure. I hired Ruslan and Alex of Zebra Deck to build a very challenging 350 ft fence for my client (I am a designer). They were professionals at every stage. They offered very helpful suggestions in the design, materials and the stain. We were very happy with the final product: a carefully crafted large fence that will surely last a very long time.

Zebra deck built my deck last season. They are awesome qualified group of people who did an outstanding job. They take there time and make sure each part is done properly especially for a composite deck like mine. I had other people come by aswell but just wasn’t right until I met zebra deck. They met deadlines on time as planned. I have had no issue with my deck, whenever people come by they only praise the great work done. If anyone wants to see the deck before using them they are free to reach me for a reference.

Words will be less to express about this Zebra Deck. They are simply best. Very ethical on pricing and work policy. Russel and Alex is very friendly and very skilled at what they do. I'm an very picky person who focus on 100% perfection and I wasn't able to come up with 1% flaw of their work. The -10c and snow didn't stop them completing the work right before x-mass.

Russel and Alex are complete pros! Reliable, trustworthy, and competitively priced. We engaged Zebra Decks to build a deck. They did such a good job, I brought them back to replace my fence and complete a basement reno that another contractor botched. I don't write reviews often, but I can honestly say this is the most positive experience I have had with a contractor. Book your job early, they are popular and Russel (the owner) works personally on every job he accepts (too rare).

Zebra Decks did an excellent job on my deck. Russell delivered exactly what he promised, and stayed on schedule and on budget. He showed up early each day without exception until the job was done. He truly made the entire process effortless for me. The deck looks great - exactly what I wanted. And I keep getting compliments on it. I have no reservations in giving him a glowing review.
