Excellent store for specialized cat/dog food both wet and dry and prices were good comparably. Huge selection for cat and dog toys including different styles and sizes of KONG toys. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and I would highly suggest at least checking this place out if you have pets that require specialized diet or just to get your dog a new toy.

This was our first at this store. We went in for supplies for our rescue dog and the lady was very friendly and helpful. We needed a muzzle and she let us try it out before buying. It took a few tries before we decided on the right size and she was very patient with us. I liked the store very much and know that we'll be coming back often.

I get all my dog supplies from tisol. Staff are always very friendly and resourceful. They have a great refund policy Tisol has always been my first choice, for in-store and online purchases. They have the best treats, food and toys.

Wasn't happy with this place at all. Walked in and the folks standing at the check out did acknowledge me but looked at me like I had a third eyeball for some reason. None of the staff were wearing masks which isn't great with the COVID numbers going up and doesn't make me feel safe as a customer. I was never asked if I needed assistance finding a product which I did but after wandering the store for a while I finally found what I was looking for. I needed a basket and when I asked if they had any the gal at the check out pointed to the front of the counter and said they were there but it seemed like me interrupting her to ask wasn't appreciated. I ended up buying a bunch of items and when I went through the check out not one smile or greeting during the transaction. The staff member must have seen my look of disgust on my face because as I was packing my items into my backpack she said with as little enthusiasm as possible have a nice day. Customer service isn't hard but the staff at this store seemed lazy, uninterested in helping customers and very unenthusiastic at having to deal with people. Maybe they should rethink their careers in customer service? Definitely won't go back.

Helpful staff, dog on leash is allowed, great selection, comparable prices. Highly recommend. And they keep a record of the type of food you bought in case you can't remember.

I usually order online and pickup there. The staff is always nice and they always have what I need.

Most of the young girls working there are friendly and courteous. Older female manager is NOT. I shop at a different location now to avoid her rudeness

Store manager could not have been more helpful! Staff were very friendly. Gave honest & accurate info on what were the appropriate products for my specific pets breeds needs. Very impressed. Left store feeling I had actually learned something. Will definitely revisit for future pet purchases.
