The doctor and his assistants are very professional, I can only say positive things about them. However, the way the clinic operates made me decide to eventually choose a different place. The first and second times I came in by appointment, I had to wait for 20 and 30 minutes. I didnt post the review as people can be behind the schedule occasionally, I get it. The 3rd time I came in, however (also by appointment) I had to wait 45 minutes! After 30 minutes of waiting I asked the receptionist how much longer it will take, and she said: 15 more minutes

I can not thank this team enough for being so caring and prompt to help there patients. Your patient care today during an emergency ( I felt it was an emergency lol) tooth extraction , is incredibly appreciated! I Highly refer this clinic for there families dental care needs.

Dr. Nishant is amazing. I called on a Sunday because my crown broke and I thought they were open, and he took the time to come in even though he was off of work! I wasn’t even an existing patient of the clinic. He’s also personable, the music is amazing and I felt truly welcome the entire time. I wish I had found him sooner!

I have been going to Dr Goswami for almost 2 years. I was so pleased to find this clinic. Dr N. Goswami & his staff are very kind & understanding. I can’t say enough positive things about this dentist. He is very caring, very understanding of your pain or discomfort. He is very personable, which makes a patient in pain feel safe. Dr Goswami takes the time to explain what is happening & it alleviates someone’s concern. He is generous with his time & doesn’t rush you out the door. Dr N. Goswami is a very caring & good human being. He is gentle & it makes me feel safe. He’s very professional & his staff are as well. Dentist is questionable and the receptionist and management of the clinic are absolutely terrible. I came in for a general checkup and was prescribed antibiotics but the prescription wasn't sent to my pharmacy I called twice about it and it still wasn't sent. After 2 calls they stopped picking up my calls until I left a voicemail saying that I wanted to schedule a follow up, which is typical for a clinic who cares more about making money with appointments than the patients health and wellbeing. Would not reccommend this clinic to anyone.

Dr. Nishant is a fraud , he just want your (insurance) money, he will talk sweetly and will suggest (scares) you for his recommended treatment. No just No to this place.

Dr. Nishant is the best dentist I have ever had. He is humble and very personable, very peaceful to be around. He truly cares about his patient’s well being, emotional as well as physical. I used to have so much anxiety over going to the dentist, my wisdom teeth or any procedure at all really. When I shared these with him he listened and explained everything to me in the most calming voice, he was able to put my mind completely at ease. I feel he really understands what it’s like to be terribly scared of the dentist. On top of all of that he is very gentle, and goes above and beyond to do high quality work every time.I didn’t have the best experience with 3 of the dental hygienist, the most painless procedures they did on me hurt even tho it shouldn’t (putting x-ray in my mouth, scanning my mouth with invisalign camera tool) with because they weren’t very gentle at all. One of them seemed a bit annoyed and condescending when I first got my invisalign and had questions about it. Others talk my head off and others keep asking the same annoying small talk questions like “So what do you do for work?” after our 3rd appointment in 3 months together…That’s why they loose a star. HOWEVER Nushika, the dental hygienist is a gift to this world. She is gentle, very skilled at her job, tells you exactly what she’s doing and when in the perfect amount of words, very friendly and personable, it just puts me at ease when I am able to book her for my appointments.The admin desk staff in the front is easy to reach and pleasant to deal with, they’ve move around my appointments for me in a pinch and went above and beyond to sort out some annoying issue with my insurance company.So overall highly recommend, especially the Nushika + Dr. Nishant combo because they’re incredible.

Avoid! An unfortunately bad experience. The whole place needs a serious upgrade, there are boxes everywhere and it feels like a bit of a mess. The tap from the spray water they put in your mouth was leaking onto the floor. It was cold. I was left waiting for 20 minutes to see the dentist. He came in and made an inappropriate joke, did nothing and then charged more than I have ever been charged in Vancouver for a similar treatment. They charged my insurance without my permission (I specifically asked that they instead provide me with the receipt). My teeth have been extra sensitive since. Receptionist ignored my emails so I had to call back again the next day. Just be careful...

Dr. Nishant and his staff are the worst by far. After my first invisalign appt no one ever booked me in for follow ups. I had to call them every time. On Sundays I would arrive at the appt time with no one in the office. After 30 minutes wait alone dr.nishant would come. They told me my retainers would come by mail and it's been a year with no phone call to see if I ever got it, or a simple follow up. They never cleaned my teeth after they took the buttons off. It still feels like sand on my teeth. Horrible service and very unprofessional practice. Do not go here. Fells like they just took my money and don't care.
