Key points of my experience:- Very long wait times for each scheduled appointment.- Terrible advice. Dr. Moldez recommended braces and just after three weeks, he recommended Invisalign.- Dr. Moldez was often lecturing his staff during my appointments. Had to remind them to do their job every few minutes...- Didn't do a single x-ray before putting braces on my teeth.- Got glue all over my lips when applying the brackets for the braces.- Used excessive bonding glue on a lingual retainer causing traumatic occlusion.- Spilled etching chemical on my tongue which has left me permanently disabled.- Placed the braces incorrectly multiple times causing extensive damage to my teeth and jaw.- Damaged my teeth and roots by not addressing the incorrectly placed brackets in a timely manner.- Very rough with the equipment.- Hit my teeth multiple times with metal pliers.- Ground the enamel on my molars down while attempting to remove bite cushions from my molars that he placed incorrectly.- Left large amounts of glue on my teeth after forcefully removing the braces from my teeth.- Came back several times complaining about the glue left on my teeth and extreme molar pain and looseness.- Dr. Moldez attempted to remove the bonding from my teeth without success. I had to visit a dental office to get the glue polished off my teeth.- Dr. Moldez asked me to sign denial of liability to damages to my teeth many times. I refused.Dr. Moldez called the police on me and reported harassment because I sent the office an email that said see you soon"Very poor business ethics and practices."

Dr. Moldez and his staff are all very friendly and provide the best service. My daughter's teeth look wonderful now and she was always happy to be there. Thank you very much for the wonderful treatment!

Dr.Moldez and his team are extremely professional and courteous. I am so very happy with the results Dr. Moldez has been able to achieve for my teeth. He was able to correct without surgery, what I had been told years ago would have required my jaw to be broken and wired shut for 6 weeks or more. I'm in my 40's and was reluctant to go initially, but I'm so happy I did. Huge thanks to Dr. Moldez and his team!

Warning: Dr. Moldez is probably the worst human I have ever been in contact wtih in my entire life. Very rude and careless. My tongue is in extreme pain every minute of every day since Dr. Moldez spilled etching chemical in my mouth 3.5 months ago in May 2022. I have filed a personal injury claim and reported Dr. Moldez to the Dental Surgeons of BC association. I would highly recommend going anywhere else.

Hands down the best dental care (and customer service in general) experience I have ever had. They were incredibly accommodating to fit me in for an emergency appointment when my wire from another orthodontist broke off and recommended a treatment plan to get to the root of the issue. I went ahead with it and am so glad I did. They have been able to squeeze me in the last two months for appointments before I move and were willing to see me the night before I leave to remove my brackets and mail me my retainer so I don't have to come back for another appointment. The whole team is so kind and friendly, I always feel at ease despite the fact I usually hate going to the orthodontist. I cannot recommend them enough!

Dr. Moldez is an exceptional orthodontist who strives to provide his patients with the highest quality of care. As a colleague, I have the utmost respect for him and highly recommend him.

Can’t thank Dr. Moldez and all of his wonderful staff enough for the amazing work they have done on my daughters mouth and teeth over the past 2 1/2 years.Everyone there is so friendly and fun. Dr, Moldez is so great with his work and would never settle for anything but the best!! I would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for an orthodontist.

What can I say, an orthodontist that is open on weekends! Communication is easy and quick, offering email and text notices, payment plan option, very flexible appointments. Office is clean and bright. Staff is super friendly, always smiling and engaging. They even remembered to wish my kid a happy birthday. Very content with the services overall. Thank you Dr Moldez and staff!!!

Dr. Moldez is a phenomenal orthodontist. He is very detail-oriented, professional and a highly ethical practitioner. Always goes out of his way to make sure that patients are taken care of. The team is incredible as well. Very friendly and they make every visit a memorable experience. Highly recommend!
