Two young ladies came to my home to spend 5 hours cleaning . They were listening music with earphones all the time and never listened or talked to me. After 5 hours, they told me they finished and gave me a paper to approve their cleaning service and pay them. However, I went through my house and found that many places were still dirty , such as sofas' surface never had been cleaned at all, bugs on the floor under tables, toilet bowls and kitchen sinks were still yellow, greasy and dirty, etc. So I asked them to do extra deep clean for those area, they showed extreme impatience and displeasure, they told me they had worked 5 hours already, they were very tired, they just wanted to go home instead working any more in my house. So I called the service number next day and told them my house was still not clean, and asked if they could come back to clean my house again, and I would pay extra hours. I also sent lots of pictures and videos as proof. The person who answered my phone said he was the owner , he told me the two cleaners were not happy to work in my house because I was asking too much with their cleaning job, my house was not clean after their service because my house was too big, 5 hours was not enough to finish the deep clean service. I told him I never requested they had to finish their cleaning within 5 hours, I just requested them to do deep clean in my house and I would pay them the total hours they had spent in my home. Unfortunately, the company's owner said his cleaners were doing very good " 5 hours cleaning service in my place

I highly recommend Bamoo cleaning services for your home. Staff is really friendly and they asked me if I had any language preference for the crew coming to do the cleaning. This came really handy to send them to my mother's place as she doesn't speak proper English. They came in agroup of 3. All of them speaking Spanish!!!

Fernanda and Paola did an excellent job cleaning our apartment between renters. They were on-time, thorough and very responsive to all tasks. I would definitely recommend!

Since they offered a cheaper hourly rate, I decided to give them a try. I am deeply regretful...1. They have numerous tricks to overcharge you. Even though I specifically requested a routine cleaning, they charged me for a move-out cleaning, which is significantly more expensive. Despite reluctantly accepting this, hoping for a better cleaning, the work was no better at all.2. On the day of the cleaning, the two ladies spent the first 30 minutes doing nothing but setting up their mops and detergents. They even had to return to their car once because they forgot to bring detergent for the kitchen. All the time spent on these tasks was charged to me. The owner stated that once they knocked on my door, the time count began. Additionally, they would round up the total charge. For instance, if they worked for 3 hours and 15 minutes, they would charge for 3.5 hours.3. After the work was completed, I informed them that I would pay them, but I expressed my dissatisfaction with the overall charge and explained why. Shockingly, the owner responded on the phone by stating that their workers would wait outside my building until I wired them the full amount of money. I was so frightened at the time that I immediately wired them the money.4. The two ladies' work was not bad, but I noticed deliberate delays in the process. Right from the start, I had stated that I only needed three hours of work. However, they claimed their boss had informed them it would be a four-hour job, which I had never agreed to. As a result, one of the ladies spent two hours cleaning my two bathrooms. They completed most of the work in the last 30 minutes when it was evident that they couldn't finish within the agreed three hours.I felt truly awful on that day, as if I had been robbed. I cannot comprehend where all these positive comments came from, and I simply want to share my experience. I hope nobody else has to endure the same terrible experience I had next time.

Responsive to inquiries. Unit was cleaned very well and the two ladies were collaborative in their approach to cleaning and receptive to feedback. Would gladly hire them again.

We used them for a playground install. They did 2 playgrounds in a day. They worked very fast and did a great job and their price was more than fair.
