Awesome staff at this location! They were extremely helpful and patient when helping me sort out what I was looking for. I’ve come back several times since my first visit and every time I return, they remember me and ask about my projects. 10/10 service.I’ve had several stain matches done for my floors and various pieces of furniture and every single one has come out absolutely perfect. Their custom stain matcher even shows me the way to apply each stain to make sure I’m getting the same result as the sample he makes for me. I’ve never had service that good before.I can’t recommend this store enough!

Terrible customer service and upselling for no reason, they recommended more than half i needed. I thought initially they do this every day they might be right but no. And 0 customer service staff is no welcoming.

Stoney Creek Decorating Centre
I highly recommend this location if you are in the process of a decorating project. You will not be disappointed. They have a great selection of paints and other great quality items. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Nigel, was very knowledgeable and patient with us which made us feel at ease. He answered all our questions and helped us with selecting the right products for our needs. We will definitely come back here for our next project.

Update: May 2021Purchased a pail of paint and the colour was way off and they refused to straight give my money back. $100 wastedOct 2020:They have a huge selection of supplies and colours for painting and decorating. The service is always friendly and fast.

As a staircase finisher, the match to some of the newer floor finishes, colours and patterns have required a different process, known as two stage, or two step, where the underlying colour of the unfinished wood, or a remaing tone of a stripped staircase has to be neutralized..the colour technician at this centre has the knowledge and experience to get near perfect matches..highly recommended

Terrible Customer ServiceWent in today to get 4 cans of paint for a large reno and probably need another 8-10 cans in a few weeksI was told by the man that they would not honour my Contractor’s discount because their systems don’t sync with the Burlington Plains Road store where I have already purchased a number of cans and had amazing serviceI was told I needed my contractor’s business card in order to set him up on their store’s system - no other suggestion was offeredNeedless to say it was worth it to drive to Plains Road for a discount of 23% and will go their first the next 8-10 cansShame on you Benjamin Moore on Barton St

Stopped in to get a paint chip colour matched. Super friendly. Nice and clean store. Prompt and great customer service. The staff called when the paint was ready so I didn't have to wait around. Will be going there again next time I need paint.
