I didn't have work done, so I can't speak to that, but the service was wonderful. Very quick to respond, very willing to help. Unfortunately since I don't have a Janome he couldn't help me, but he did put me in contact with another person who could. 100% I'd go to him if I had a Janome, and 100% would buy one from him too.

Needed an antique sewing machine light bulb. I went to a few places and did not finding it. Did a search on Google map and it suggested this place. Lots of great reviews I went to check it out. They had the part I needed. Great place! Great staff! Very knowledgeable! They also sell not only parts but all kinds of sewing machines, sergers!

It is rare nowadays to find an 'old fashion' technician who answers the phone, talks with you, actually comes to your place, fixes the machine on the spot, explains things... M. Barrette, he knows what he's talking about. I'll certainly keep his contact for any future repairs, and anyone who's looking for a reliable technician for your sawing machine, I won't hesitate to recommend him.

Mr Barrette is very professional. He knows sewing machines like he invented them. Reasonable pricing and will give you a lesson on how to care for the machine once he has serviced your machine.
