Went in to get some bearings and a cap. First guy was good. I took him out to have a look at my drums for the inner bearings. Then the guy in the office behind the desk came out. Interrupted us said. Mcoy is obsolete you need a new axel bye" they both went inside in a rush and left me out there. Not satisfied at all. He didn't even try to sell me an axel. Not the first exp with them.Couple weeks prior I went in and that same guy was awkwardly fighting with a customer. Very poor customer service. If there was a zero star. I would have used that for a rating. I'll take my business to flaman instead."

The staff was absolutely amazing. We had gotten ourselves in a difficult spot with damages to our trailer on a cross country trip. The trailer setup was unique, and difficult to repair or even find parts for. Both front desk and warehouse staff went above and beyond to get us what we needed, parts so that we could get a permanent fix, a temporary fix so that we could get to the shop, and even made phone calls to local shops to find one that had availibility. If there was an option for more than a 5 star review, they would get all the stars!

Generally the staff are knowledgable and if they have the parts you are looking for the service and prices are great.

I called looking for a hard to find trailer part for a boat and they had it. I dealt with Mathew over the phone. He knew exactly what I was looking for and even had an idea about the application. Very pleased with his knowledge and customer service. When I came to the store I was greeted promptly. Mathew had my parts pulled and waiting. I was in and out in less than 1 minute. Thanks Mathew!
