I called this morning to report my accident..definitely not my best day. Linda was the responding Agent/Broker. She was well informed, polite, patient and non judgmental. She addressed all my concerns with professionalism and treated me with respect... I have found Tanner to be an excellent company to deal with..even on my bad day. Highly recommend.

Had a fantastic experience working with Connor. He's quick, attentive, and on-the-ball at all times. Not only that, but he also saved me a lot of money compared to other quotes I got before being referred to Connor. 10/10 would recommend.

It really pains me to have to leave a negative review as we previously received great service, but we are unbelievably frustrated at this point. When we initially bought our home and auto insurance, we dealt with Connor who was super patient, clear and responsive. We have since received great service by multiple other Tanner personnel up until this year when our insurance went up significantly for the second year in a row (30% increase), despite having no claims and a perfect driving record in that time. We inquired on the price increase and were told that all insurances had gone up and that our current provider was still competitive. We decided to call other insurance providers and were surprised to receive quotes averaging $1000 less per year than our current provider. When we reported this back to our broker, her story quickly changed and she said that had seen quotes for that price recently (we thought all insurances had gone up? Guess not?). Naturally, we decided that we would switch providers. She became virtually unreachable and provided no helpful information. We tried calling her multiple times for weeks and could never get through to her. She said that she was busy with other clients. Not a problem. We get it. We also have busy and stressful jobs. We asked her if we could make an appointment to chat then? We would call during the time she mentioned and she wouldn't answer. We asked numerous times how much it would cost to cancel and were told that there was no way to know"

Perry was absolutely fantastic to work with. I had a lot of questions going into things and Perry answered every single one with patience and professionalism. I found him very flexible to the various needs and concerns I had, and I could not recommend him enough.
