Larry Parkes is an extremely unprofessional business owner. He was very disrespectful when discussing an issue with payment that we had with his company. As a fellow business owner, I would have thought that he would be more understanding, however, he was the complete opposite. I do not recommend K-Line Maintenance and Construction EVER with the main reason being that Larry Parkes is not someone you want to deal with unless you want more stress and headaches.
