Worst experience. I went for a hair straightening treatment. I repeatedly told I want my hair perfect straight. I was given the hair straightening treatment and went home. After my first hair wash, my hair went back to it's original state, it was not straight as it is supposed to be. I paid a huge price for this service which is not even worth that much where I ended up having my original hair. I regret going to this salon, will not recommend anyone to go.

When I first moved to the Trip City area I struggled to find a hair stylist that cut my hair the way I liked it. But ever since I have been getting my hair cut by Lisa I always walk away happy with my cut and we always have a good conversation. I will definitely be back again!

I recently had a makeover from Smart style salon. Krupa was my hairstylist and she is amazingly talented and god she is so sweet and gives you all the tips on how to style your hair and what style would suit you. I went from a below the shoulder length hair to a pixie hair cut, and Krupa made sure I’m comfortable and told me the pro’s and con’s in doing it. Unlike other salons she did not sell anything upfront, she was the best hairstylist if anyone wants a pixie or a makeover.Krupa my new Hairstylist, hair expert and an amazing lady, Thank you so much.

Krupa is amazing. She gave me a short-layer haircut and I absolutely love the layers as it gives my hair a wavy look and a perfect bounce. ❤️☺️ On a personal note, she is very friendly. Highly recommend Krupa!

Thank you KRUPA for an amazing haircut. I just loved it.. you just totally changed my look. Just WOW.Also I would like to thank you again for giving that personal customer service touch .you very well knew that my 1year old is accompanying me and without rushing you gave me proper time because my baby was little bit cranky in between but you managed everything so so well and you went out of your way to make us feel comfortable specially my baby. I want to write more but I think words will not be enough to thank you KRUPA. I highly highly recommend you.Thank you from my baby as well, as you did an amazing haircut of her a month back .

Been going to see Lisa for years. Her experience with hair and her knowledge about products has helped me greatly. Never had an issue and always a great haircut and colour. The advice that Lisa has given me about different styles I have wanted to try or colours for my hair has been beneficial so I don't make any hair mistakes!
