Didn’t get the adorable girls name working this morning on June 20th 2022 at 10am, but she was polite and had excellent customer service skills. Gave great information regarding the jewelry and helped me choose something I was happy with. Will definitely be coming again when I’m in the area to shop more!

I bought 4 nose screws/studs online. I placed the order late Monday evening, first thing Tuesday morning it was showing as shipped & by Friday I had my jewelry. Love the look of each of them & they seem like very good quality. Will def buy again from them

Cheaply made, extremely poor quality, highly overpriced jewelry. The jewelry I bought broke while in my ear a couple months after purchasing. The employees don’t know a single thing about sizes for your jewelry, and will say just about anything to get you to spend your money on their jewelry. They size your jewelry by eyeballing it and the sizes always turned out wayyyyyy too big. I had absolutely no problems with my piercings until after I put in jewelry from here. My conch piercing has a massive disgusting bump on it that appeared after purchasing and putting in jewelry from here, and after a few months I realized that my rook jewelry I got here was tarnished completely green in my ear. I’ve never had such an uncomfortable experience with piercing jewelry before.

Came in to look for a replacement stud for my nose and was helped by Rae! She not only gave myself and my daughter amazing attention, she had amazing recommendations and listened to my needs, and never pushed anything on me like other places have tried. She also had some awesome insights on how to change my jewelry since this is my first body piercing, and gave me the card for another professional to give me a second opinion and some help!The extra mile was so appreciated, and I'll definitely come back for more jewelry from this store.

The short chick with glasses and colourful hair that works there does not know how to size jewelry! I went there to get a smaller conch piercing and the size that she insisted was smaller ended up being bigger than the one I already had in! So I had to buy ANOTHER one and she was still trying to convince me that it was a smaller size! If she’s working I don’t buy anything, what a joke.

I was in the market for some attractive and easy jewelry to take care of — too lazy to buy it online. While I know it would have probably been cheaper, didn’t feel like waiting the extra few weeks for shipping. The two people who helped me with were absolutely lovely and were very knowledgeable on their product. Helped with all of my questions and were quick to show me anything I asked about. 5/5 on customer service, 3/5 on the price point.

They lie straight to your face to get a sale out of you and then take back everything they say the moment you return. I had a lady extensively go over how they would replace the stud on my septum if ever I lost it as a warranty, stating that’s why they cost so much. Well unfortunately I lost the stud two days later and upon returning the manager is saying that’s not even a thing. This lady was present and listening to her employee during that initial sale. Complete rip off. $7 for the smallest stud and claiming that’s labour costs? I think you guys are going to need better tactics than lying to customers for over priced jewelry. Not impressed.

Very nice selection of jewelry. Easily accessible. Customer service is lacking. Often felt rushed, not very personable or having a welcoming vibe. Staff are somewhat sloppy with jewelry handling. Other than that I’ve always been very pleased with my purchases and will go again.

Please do not support this company. The employees are lovely and will tell you whatever you want to hear to buy their jewelry. Took my new septum ring to my piercing guy and he refused to change my jewelry for me. Please do your research if you actually want jewelry that looks good, is safe and will not tarnish, you need to spend a little more cash, and that is not what this company offers. They do not do exchanges or refunds. The $10 membership also does nothing for you. Maybe this is just the case for their mixed metal jewelry. My septum ring was brass and the clicker was supposedly surgical steel (which my piercing guy gladly showed me the difference between my ring and his surgical steel septum rings). Anyways. Save your money and don't be dumb like me and believe mall kiosk people!!

I have been a huge fan of wicked for many years, always made sure to stop at their West Ed location when I was in town. I was absolutely over the moon to find out they had opened a Calgary location. Their staff are always really lovely, knowledgeable and welcoming. Their high quality jewelry is worth every penny. I've gotten a great assortment of plugs/tunnels and septum jewelry that I'm constantly complimented on. Can't wait for my next visit.
