Enterprise Rent-A-Car

This new branch manager is very rude. When renting a car to you they make it seem like they are doing you a favour. Meanwhile, we as customers are paying them for any car rental. They are rude in the way they speak, articulate themselves and treat their customers with little respect. Not impressed and will not be renting cars from this brand anymore.

I have been enterprise customer over last several years and had many positive experiences. I always book couple of days ahead and never call ahead to confirm. This time I booked 7 seater car for family trip. After booking called one day before to confirm availability at Branch location and was confirmed Availability of Ford Explorer or similar. But on the day of pickup I was called in morning and told there are no cars available . I have to scramble at end moment to arrange vehicle or loose on all trip . This has left very foul impressions of entire so called Advance booking system . Gave two stars as they shown courtesy to inform before I showed up for pickup.

I am really happy with the customer service I received at this particular Enterprise location. It was my first time renting a vehicle and Sangee was professional, knowledgeable and a great support to my experience. I will definitely return for other rentals in the future. Thank you Sangee!

Although this is a late review, I really appreciate the excellent and professional service from this enterprise. When my vehicle was stolen, my insurance company appoint this enterprise location for me. I came here and got a nice pickup. Later easy switch to SUV and also really easy extension of rental. At a good price, I will come back when I am in need in future.

Josephine Wang…York Mills road south side….. the best one ever… she is kind, patient, always smiling and very good at her work… i make sure to be served by her as it’s always a pleasure to meet her.

Do yourself a favor and do not book any car from this location! We booked a full-size sedan car over 2 months ago for 7 days. When we went to pick up the car after 45 minutes of waiting, they tried to give us a compact hatchback, Mazda! Ane, they told us that's the only one they have! We had to cancel the reservation because we couldn't fit in the car! Very unprofessional!

Customer service top class. Always get treated like royalty when I pick up a rental. The team at York Mills and Leslie gave me a free upgrade to a luxury model. Pickup and drop off process was seemles. Excellent service, excellent vehicle options and insurance on offer.

Got a rental from here and the vehicle seemed okay at the time but few days later, when snow hit the city, started showing door sensor issue, car made so loud noise, 1 stage wiper didnt work, found so many damages on the car with NO SNOW TIRE ON. I feel like I got a garbage car.Tried to call them and got an answer that they were calling back and never got one back. When I tried to call them, didnt even answer. What a place

Hands down the worst experience with a rental company. AVOID AT ALL COSTS, walk, ride a bike, skip to where you have to go. Anything to avoid dealing with this incredibly incompetent organization.I Booked a van a month out, tried to phone multiple times the day before to arrange a pick up and ensure the van was there with not luck.Day of I arrived and they have no vans for me and say they tried to call the day before which is an outright lie. No call, no email, no solutions, no help from the people working there.Garbage customer service from a garbage company. Very impressed how disorganized and terrible Enterprise and it’s employees are.Great work guys, you set a new low!

Great customer care and service at this location. I was a little late and anxious when I arrived one evening and the staff were very patient and service focused. They do their best to accommodate requests for vehicles but arrive early because vehicles go quickly. Special thanks to Sanji and Ben for there exceptional customer service for my husband and I.
