The vending machines are complete garbage. I've literally had to fight with the vending machine in our break room on several occasions and just watched co workers do the same. You charge a ridiculous amount of money and half the time we can't even get our paid item out without ordering a second. I will never put another cent in your machines and would rather starve which i probably would anyways cause they don't work half the time!

TERRIBLE vending machines and even worse service to get refunds when machine eats money, which is on a regular basis. Don't waste my time with machine's anymore. Product prices are not labelled on machine, so you don't actually know price until you see credit card statement. Products are also highly overpriced.

Products always get hung up In the machine at planet Ice in maple ridge. Don’t expect any help from the phone number on the machine. Basically stealing from you. Overpriced products if you are lucky to get the product at all.

Had a very unprofessional experience getting a quote from Phil. He came promised us the world and when we said we had a coffee contract in place he just didn’t get back to us. Said not interested in our business.
