Clear Choice Pool and Spa
We've been working with Doug for 10+ years for pool closings, repairs, equipment/liner advice, etc and he and Clear Choice have been excellent in every way! He is knowledgable, prompt and genuinely cares. Several times he has come through in a pinch to get our pool up and running before a holiday or company was coming. I recommend Clear Choice Pool and Spa to everyone!

Clear Choice Pool and Spa
We are now going on our 7th attempt to have anyone help us with our pool repair. Every time we call, we are told someone will call us back to no avail. I am incredibly patient and understand things come up, people make mistakes. But 7 times calling and leaving messages or being told by reception someone will call us back with zero follow up on that claim is just poor customer service. We would love to give you our business, maybe this review will net us a response to finally get some help so we can enjoy our pool this summer.

We joined the Clear Choice family 4 years ago and have been very happy with the entire experience. The hot tub we purchased from Clear Choice has made a difference in quality of life for our entire family. The service reps who work on our pool are so professional and have always treated us well. Going to the Clear Choice store is always a great experience. We have always felt cared about in every interaction that we have had with Clear Choice.

I can’t say enough good things about this company ! Been using them to open and close our pools for the last 5 or 6 seasons and they are not only efficient, but they are reasonably priced and dependable ! They follow through and keep their word, too. I’m laid up from surgery at this time and Dave was so accommodating - they are actually cleaning my pool for me this summer, and always return my calls when I’ve had questions or concerns.Hastings is very lucky / blessed to have Clear Choice Pools and Spas and if you’re looking for a company that is committed and won’t let you down, look no further - you won’t be disappointed !!!

Clear Choice Pool and Spa
After having Clear Choice maintain our pool since we bought the house, my first choice when we decided to add a hot tub was to shop here too. The brands they offer are well suited for MN climates (Northern Bay is the brand we went with), prices are fair and the delivery, set-up and service are top notch. They also recommended an electrician they use in my area and he was great too. Plus they coordinated all the work so that I didn't have to get involved. I would reccomend these guys for anything water related be it pool or hot tub!

My swim spa went down in the middle of winter and I was panicking. I reached out to clear choice to get a service technician out to get it fixed asap and they were able to help me out even after hours and we were able to get everything fixed without them having to come out. Great customer service and I would recommend them to anyone.

Clear Choice Pool and Spa
I called Doug because my pool cover had issues closing all of the way. I expressed how important it was to have someone come as soon as possible, as we frequently have small children at our home. He was able to get someone out the very next morning. They did a great job and showed me which parts had been replaced. The cover is in great working order now!
