The deals were good but the customer service guy said my Chinese phone will not support it's sim card. The earlier but Moin was very helpful but this one ( middle aged and Asian probably) wasn't helpful.

Some services are not available at location and there might be a need to get back on a phone call with customer service which kind of defeats the purpose of going all the way to a physical location. Presumably one should be able to access all services by visiting a store. Also, not enough people attending to customers as I had to wait almost 30 minutes before being able to speak with someone.

Went here to get my Sim replaced because it wasn't working. I've been a customer for 5 yrs. They lied & told me it was policy to charge me for a Sim even though it was no fault of my own. I called the call centre & they reimbursed me for my troubles.Great service from corporate but poor service for this location. Not impressed.

Excellent Service! I inquired about about switching from Bell to Freedom, Jim provided the best solutions for my needs. He explained all the plans in detailed and what would be the best fit for me. He detailed the warranty coverage on my new phone and how long I might expect to port my bell number and be activated on Freedom and it was up and running in no time.Newly satisfied Freedom customer

Horrible experience! The workers weren't helpful at all and made up excuses to not make changes to my account. They can't even do their jobs. I don't understand why they have the kiosk if they refuse to do any work. Is it just for show? I called freedom to confirm that the basic changes should've been made. It's ridiculous!

Ryan Dip did a fabulous job helping me get a mobile plan for my son. He was friendly, knowledgeable and did a thorough job explaining how the plan worked and told me everything that I needed to know.I didn’t feel rushed and I was very impressed with his service.

It is 4 stars for the value, they have good deals on some phones , fast serice. 2 for the staff helpfulness. I went to several freedom locations, but I've never seen so little help. There were 2 guys there and 1 young asian woman , she was the one who helped us, wasn't impressed by her attitude. If I ever come back there, I will make sure to avoid her services.

Very friendly crew and fast service, helped me transfer over 2 accounts to their Boxing week annual plan, which is pretty sweet if you are not a data hog and mostly use wifi at home.

Cindy was a very great help. She was able to accommodate to my every need. She really knew her stuff and was very supportive in assisting me. Her conversation was very joyful and made the process feel like not so much as a take but a fun experience. Thank you Cindy !
