Pretty good location I’ve frequented for years. Always popular with the lunch crowd from the nearby industrial parks, seating can be tight on Fridays especially.Staff is always friendly and service is quick here due to the high traffic. There is fairly ample seating with one television showing CP24 which is a nice addition. Food quality is pretty consistent.Food service area and condiments stand are always clean and well stocked. A little bit inconvenient that the fountain drinks are not self service, it is behind the counter and you need to let staff know what drink you want at the time or order. You can get a refill if you ask.The only other issue is the dedicated parking for Harvey’s is quite tight and small. Sometimes a food delivery truck can block a good portion of the parking lot, even trapping you if you parked in a closer spot to the building. However there is additional parking on the other side of the building.

Wanted to give a shout-out to Dave. He makes this location my favourite. Wanted to bring this up to Management's attention as he needs to be recognized for his work ethic, great customer service.

The best food ever, you can't beat this place with food and customer service. I have been few time at this place. And will continue going here. Ver respectful customer service. Keep it up existing job

This location have always been consistent in their service and the staff is great to speak to and very very understanding if their needs to be any adjustments. I have never had an issue dealing with them directly. I only have issues when a third party is involved like skip the dishes at times but the food is always fresh and the customer service is excellent.

Love their fries…. Love the fact that they have a variety of sides and not only fries… salad, onion rings etc!!! took a drive through after ording from the mobile app. quick service and always ready. super soft beef patty! worth the money.

Food was great. Place was clean and girl behind counter answered all of our questions related to SCENE card.The service was also quick and all of them were really friendly.I am cutting one star because there wasn't hand dryer in washroom to dry off the hands after washing. I appreciate the papers but dryer is always good. Get it please.

Love Harvey's... the staff at this location were so nice, especially after a mix-up with which burger belonged to whom. Fantastic people, and we heard them help other customers who had issues too. Staff and service like this go a long way these days

Angus burger was good, poutines okay. I asked for extra gravy but didn't realize my fries would be drowning. Oh well no big deal. But I was really disappointed when Dave informed us that Scene points can only be added before you pay. Wish I was asked if I had points before the transaction :(
